We chose this resort because it had a wonderful sandy beach area for swimming and an included water park for the kids. Because the water park is private to the resort, the lines were very short even during our peak season visit, so each day my kids had their fill within 1.5 hours, which allowed us to enjoy the beach and pools. Since the location is very remote, the all-inclusive package/meals made everything so easy. We found the food to have lots of variety and great quality. Our room was at the very back of the resort, next to the water park, but we still had sweeping sea views, and everything on the property was kept beautifully clean at times.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and to restaurants. Parking in front of the hotel is very easy, they have plenty of space. The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast.

All was perfect - location near the sea and not far from Rethymno city. Nice renovated room, view from the balcony etc.
But best of all was Cretan kitchen. Supper in hotel restaurant was rich (a large number of traditional local dishes). Where else could you have tried them all :) And it was all included in the price
We were in this hotel for the second time and if fate allows, we will definitely come again...

The pool bar and beach bar offered us very tasty drinks and coffees. We had great times in the restaurant, where we enjoyed Mediterranean dishes. Theme nights with live music were organized perfect! Room was super nice with beautiful decor. Definitely I want to be back here.

It’s great, very comfortable and convenient local. It's close to the beach, there's also a supermarket, and the hotel's facilities are very comfortable.
Also, the service attitude of the staff is very friendly and humane. They knew I was going to Samaria Gorge the next day and prepared breakfast for us that morning.

The area is small and residential - there are some mini markets but product offerings can vary greatly by store. I would recommend using Lidl for shopping (take 2EUR for the trolley!).
Parking, if needed, is always plentiful but beware some areas are one-way only.
