The Gardens Gallery Hotel is a first class run boutique hotel where management and staff is committed to detail. You feel this the moment you enter the lobby. Very close access to the beach and at the base of the pine forest. Also short walking to the town center, restaurants and shopping... it is an excellent location. The professional and friendly staff prepares a wonderful breakfast, offering a variety of choices for their guests. Having your breakfast and coffee, especially at the outdoor patio located at the base of the pine forest, is a wonderful way to start your day. Quality service to their guest, cleanliness and a modern facility is what makes the Gardens Gallery Hotel a must stay when you visit Xylokastro. My family had a very enjoyable stay and will be back on future visits.

The rooms are renovated. The property is located away from city center but you can easily access the city within 15 minutes or so. The property is in front of the Pefkias forest so you have easy access for a morning walk, enjoy a coffee or go swimming to the beach. Our room had sea view and it was wonderful.
This historic 4-star hotel enjoys a quiet location on the Corinthian beach, next to the pinewood forest of Xylokastro. 24-hour front desk is available. Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast.

Awesome view from the balcony. It is exactly as depicted in the photos. Close to a super market, restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spacious, clean and airy. Communication with the host was swift and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

It’s a small seaside town that might be more of a summer destination as in winter it was a little dull, many shops closed. The town itself is not a destination I would recommend, but if you have a car it is very easy to explore the surrounding area and there you’ll find plenty of spectacular views and places you didn’t want to miss!

Xylokastro is a lovely town with nice beaches and a lot of nice restaurants and shops. You can enjoy a swim during the day at the main beach near the marina or at Pefkias in front of the forest and at night you can stroll along the beachfront and sit down at nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bars. It isn't too noisy and the whole place has a nice feel about it.

We will not return as really nothing much to do.
We will not return as really nothing much to do. Beach areas are all rocky or stones. Some beach side facilities but not much choice. The town is a bit sad with no shops other than 4 or 5 chemists ? no real atmosphere or character. The sea is reasonable clear but lots of stray dogs around and lots of plastic and litter left on the beaches.

Xylokastron is the next town along from Sykia.
Xylokastron is the next town along from Sykia. It has a very good selection of restaurants - all of a good standard. A special mention must be made to Taste Modern - fantastic food at reasonable prices.
Xylokastron is approx 1 mile from Sykia ( where the apartment is located) and is a typical greek town. Fairly low in tourists and the tourists that are there are primarily Greek. It has a number of large Supermarkets for provisions.
The room was cleaned every morning, it was very cozy and pretty. The bed was super comfortable compared to any other hotel we have been to. The breakfast included pretty much everything, we couldn't even eat it all. And the location was amazing, 20 steps from the beach and very close to restaurants and cafes. But most importantly, the staff was super nice. Everyone was very kind and very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we visit the same place.
I've stayed at the Gardens Gallery 6 months ago and was thrilled with the room, the service and the location! This is why I chose it again. This time though, the room wasn't as good - it was smaller, "crammed" at the edge of the hotel and way too hot. Still decent, but not for 80€. On the second night we had an issue that the hotel addressed, but in my opinion they should have offered us one of the 3 nights free of charge as a compensation.
The facilities were superb! The perfect place to unwind and relax next to the sea and close to Athens. The Sikelianos villa is stunning. The area of the hotel, just by the beach and next to the forest makes it one of a kind.
The sea view form the room, especially during sunrise was amanig.
The staff all over the hotel was very polite.
A great add is the breakfast buffet with a huge variety of freshly made meals to choose from.
The hotel is just across the street from the beach and overlooks the Gulf of Corinth. The view is simply amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful; the bartender brought drinks to us on the beach. The room was very nice and breakfast had many excellent options.
It’s located about 30 minutes from the ancient Corinth site and less than a 10 minute walk along the waters from the town square and several restaurants.
Nicely renovated hotel at one if the best locations in town. Staff is very friendly, ready to help and give you just that little extra! Room was clean and had a spectacular view of the sea and the mountains. Also some nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby and locations like Trikala Korintias and Kalavryta close by for day trips.
The location is very nice and the view excellent. Next to the hotel there is a forest for biking by the sea. Everybody was very polite and the hotel was quite. The breakfast and dinner at Palmer's restaurant is absolutely delicious!
All expected COVID-19 protocols kept. We will definitely come back.
Stayed one night as a stopover on Gulf of Corinth. Nice clean room with small balcony overlooking the sea. Modern, well- designed hotel. Very good breakfast.
The town lacks the wow factor of many places in the Peleponnes but a good stopover after a long drive.
This boutique hotel is nicely situated on the waterfront, and my room had a great view of the water. I was glad to open the windows to hear the sound of the water. The little grill restaurant next door had delicious food and was handily situated.
Super clean, very homey/complete breakfast, very accommodating and kind owners, nice balcony and modern feel/bathroom. Walking distance to beach and nice forest area as well as close to Xylocastro while at a traditional village stay.
Amazing place to relax and enjoy your holidays!
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help.
More over the location of the hotel is perfect and also the food was excellent!
I enjoyed every single moment of my stay here!
Really excellent hotel in Xylocastro. Very luxury and very nice host Kapy. Kapy was really helpfull and nice and all circumstances was perfect. I love this place and for sure be back again and recomend to my friend.
One of those rare places which gives you a home- coming feeling. Definitely, if coming back to Xylokastro, it's Sugar Home. Thank You Katarina and Vamgelis
Lido Hotel is the most beautiful family run gem that we found on the beach. The rooms are so clean, the food is phenomenal and the service is excellent.
