We turned up on bikes with all our luggage in panniers. Christina and Ivanka couldn't have been more helpful , showing us where to put our bikes and helping with the luggage. Their sunny nature really made a difference to the start of our stay..
This small, charming hotel is located in a protected part of the hill overlooking the bay of Rabac, offering beautiful panoramic views over the Kvarner bay and the islands of Cres, Lošinj and Unije.

Small boutique style hotel in the hills between Rabac and Labin. Amazing panoramic view of coast from rooms, terrace and pool. Nice pool and terrace area. Breakfast was amazing with grilled and marinated vegetables, freshly prepared egg dishes, fruit etc. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable suites with balconies and sea view, very clean. All in all a great stay, thank you!

Since we stayed only for a night (after a long hike), I enjoyed a good sleep in a very comfortable bed. Also, waking up to a view from the terrace is something to remember.

Overcrowded, simply put there are not many good beaches in this area of Istria so crowds of people flock to Rabac. If you are ok with crowds its fine but if you are looking for some peace and quiet look elsewhere.

I didn’t find Rabac as such very beautiful. It was too crowded for my taste, with too many tourists, cars and people on the beaches. What I found nice were many trails leading to various far beaches and nearby places - great thing for an active vacation.

Busy harbour with plenty of bars and restaurants , and small shops including a supermarket and post office. A very pretty bay with various boat trips to take or boat hire readily available .
There are large hotel developments at each end of the resort along with a large campsite, all linked by a promenade where you can walk or take one of the small trains .
Like most of the area there is no beach other than small areas with pebbles but lots of flat rocky areas to sit on. Lovely clear water for swimming.

Rabac is a very friendly, calm and nice place. A bit overpriced, but still worth to go there. I would appreciate a wider range of the local cuisine in many restaurants and would ban fries as a side dish.

Rabac is for those who like beautiful and pristeen sea.
Rabac is for those who like beautiful and pristeen sea. This part of Istrian peninsula is scarsely populated so there is never any sense of overcrowded touristy landscape.
It is not for party animals, yet quite an easy choice for a COVID-free stay.
The apartment is located very close to the center of town Rabac and the sea shore. The brand new and well-furnished apartment has all the appliances and amenities needed for a family vacation. Both the apartment, the house and its surroundings are extremely clean and tidy. Hosts are very friendly.
Our child especially enjoyed the pool, while my spouse and I enjoyed the terrace, with a view towards the islands of Cres and Lošinj. There are a lot of reastaurants and a market nearby. Would definitely come back!
What a wonderful apartment, best house in the street! The views over Rabac from the balcony are amazing. The apartment is a few streets away from the beaches with an easy walk down the hill to reach your desired destination. A short drive away to some more secluded and very beautiful beaches. Rooms, beds, furnishings all very comfortable and well thought out. Bruna and Danko are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!!!
The moment you enter this apartment all of your problems go away :).Absolutely stunning and unreal view. We have stayed in the aparment most of the time, because we couldnt get enough of the sea view. The apartment itself is new, clean, and has everything you need for your staying. Our host was always available and very welcoming. Rabac is a small, charming town on the coast od Istria, and people are really friendly. Definetly worth the visit, and I would recommend this apartment to everyone.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; they also agreed that the price per day for a pet was very high (and communicated only after reservation!), so they offered a discount, which we found really fair.
It is a very pet-friendly hotel; our dog felt very comfortable in the room, as there was plenty of space outside where he could move. The restaurant has a variety of food that is of good quality and well prepared.
The room was impeccably clean, as were the other parts of the hotel.
Villa Nina and Rabac were beautiful. The Villa was immaculate and located in the heart of Rabac. The owner (and family) were extremely hospitable and accommodating. We highly recommend Villa Nina and Rabac for a great vacation. We would definitely stay at Villa Nina when travelling to Rabac again. Villa Nina is perfect for families and/or couples looking to get away and enjoy Croatia.
The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was big with a nice view on the sea. Both buffets for breakfast and dinner are of good quality. During the week it was very quiet - perfect to relax. On the weekend there were far more people around. It's nice that guests of the hotel get discounted rates for the set of sunloungers and parasol.
Spacious clean apartments with terrific view on gulf. Fast wifi, large TV with many channels, fully equipped kitchen (the best I ever saw anywhere). Everything in this apartment worked fine. Hosts are very kind and helped us with everything. If we plan a trip to eastern Istria we will definitely try to stay in Rabac in this apartment.
Maslinica beach is approx. 10-15 min. walk, the centre distance is similar. In order to walk from sea level to the property you need to climb stairs - which we took as an opportunity to get some training. Feasible with small children. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Girandella beach offers extremely clear water - very nice!
The staff was helpful and friendly, they made up for any interior shortcomings. Breakfast was quite good, fresh fruit, eggs, cakes etc. August is the busiest month but the reception made sure we could park the car. The beach is a short walk away from the hotel, with sunbeds, umbrellas, showers.
I liked the host. Proper warmness in comparison to fake smiles of the 5* hotels. She reminds me of my grandma :)
Apartment was super clean. Despite having the smallest apartment we could easily be there with a kid as the layout of the apartment is very good.
Really not much to like, the sea of course, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The area is nice, the city has a vibe. There is a little train which goes around the town, that is really good to ride after dinner.
the receptionist were so nice and professional, liked the pool outside and the coffee in neighbors hotel Hedera! The stuff in restaurant from Philliphines were the only ones who actually smiled. Big like to them!
Nice staff, cleanliness, breakfast was good, dinner could be better but you get a free drink. We used a pool of adjacent Mimosa hotel, which is closer to the beach, so you have only a few steps to the sea.
Location is perfect, beautiful hotel with all you need. The staff is very friendly and polite, rooms are comfortable and clean. The beach is very close and the food is delicious.
The hotel is at the best possible location in Rabac. We were so close to the sea! The room was big and comfy. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also nice.
Great apartment with little garden and terrace overlooking the bay of Rabac. Perfect for a couple. The owners were extremely helpful in order to make it a wonderful stay.
The location in the beautiful bay of Rabac is the main attraction and the only advantage of this resort. Unfortunately, everything else falls under the negative part.
