Ist room was far too small. Nowhere to even put our luggage. Fortunately we were moved to a larger room. Problem #1 was the TV did not work after a day went buy someone came and had to remove the broken TV...he brought a 2nd TV that did not work either...at last TV #3 worked!. 2nd problem was the jacuzzi tub did not work...the faucet came out in my husnands hand. The bathroom is a poor design...water from the shower goes all over the floor. The glass door to bathroom makes a bad noise as the technician said it needs to be repaired.
We moved to another hotel and had a much better experience.

Staff was absolutely amazing, they were caring, attencious and sincere. The hotel itself is a gem, its an older hotel but delivers a lot for its two stars. A lot of croatian families were there, atmosphere was very nice and cool. It is not a five star hotel or pretends to be it, but serves good food and lodgind for a fair price in a very nice location. So I have to reccomend it!

The room we had was beautiful & spacious. We had a pool view which was nice. The bed was comfy & the bathroom was clean. The staff was amazing and they offer a shuttle to and from the city for an affordable price. They were so kind and friendly.

The location was right off the ferry terminal. A quick 2 minute walk. In the heart of old town. Close to everything you would want to see. Staff at the hotel was amazing and very helpful. We will definitely be back to stay here.
