I really love the location and the nice breakfast. Rooms have a yesteryear feel. The best sites in Florence are within walking distance, yet this place has a neighborhood feel. The garden and outdoor seating are pretty also. I just wish I had more vacation to sit and relax there! Staff were very accommodating. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends who like an antique style place.

the breakfast was fantastic and came with our room, we had a small balcony that let us overlook the streets below which was cool. I will say the elevators are small but every hotel we stayed on this trip has small elevators. Staff was great they assisted with directions and restaurant ideas.
