The hotel feels grand and new. Staffs make you feel like VIP. They even help us to wipe our luggage’s on the day of arrival and it was drizzling. In the evening, while we were doing wefie in the lobby, the porter came over and offered to take pictures. From the room we have a clear view of Kumamoto castle.
