Bed is very comfortable. Service is top notch. We tried and they were accommodating to let us leave our luggage before our arrival for a few days. That is really good as we didnt have to travel with large luggage on JR train on our trip to surrounding areas like Noboribetsu and Lake Toya. We will definitely stay with Grand again if we get a chance to come back
