Location and kindness of the host were exceptional.
Not many other guests so it felt like I had the whole place to myself. The host lady Elena is extremely polite and helpful, she cares about her guests. If you are looking for that Soviet style nostalgia, this place is absolutely for you.

Great value, loved the gym. Great tour and a very welcoming atmosphere especially in such a foreign place
This fantastic place is perfect for a weekend. It has its own special charm, but while it is famous for being 'Soviet', I didn't really see it there. Yes, they have a statue to Lenin, but there are some other places in Moldova that have them too :)
The city is walkable, though the local transport is pretty cheap: 3 roubles or 0,18 EUR.
I love their parks, there was sakura blooming in their dendropark and they planted tulips there, so it was wonderful. The city center with fancy buildings and monuments is pretty picturesque. The food is as varied as you can imagine: I personally can recommend Toscana, Back in the USSR and the House of Bakery.

Always a nice place for relaxing, meeting new people, practice languages skills, check out authential restaurants and see new developments in society live even within or without combination of the special historical background of the town (and the region).

Highly recommended.
Highly recommended. If you have only 1 night in Moldova, go and stay in Tiraspol and explore Transnistria, a country that doesn't exist. I was amazed by how clean, big and modern the city is. Everything is available like supermarkets, cafes, cineplex, parks and very affordable.

Communist feeling from city.
Communist feeling from city. Unbelievable and interresting "time-travelling" to back. My country was like that before 1989. One of best experiences ever. I have never had feeling from country like from Transnistria. Absolutely unique ! 1 day for Tiraspol is enough but maybe i will come next time with permit for 48 hours (they are giving 24 or 48 hour permit) and visit some villages :)
If you visit, go eat to Kumanek for unique traditional food experience !

Use taxi services, its cheap and fast.
Use taxi services, its cheap and fast. I will definitely recommend to get a cheap mobile phone that works in Pridnestrovie, you can buy a cheap phone for approx 25 dollars at a any service point (not a smartphone).

Nice and clean city.
Nice and clean city. We stayed two days, three nights which is exact good time to spend there. Don't forget to see Bendery Fortress and make a photo with the large Lenin statue in front of the parlement building and have lunch at the Soviet cafe in Bender. If you travel with small kids (what we did), I think a rental car is a must to get around. (we rented one in Chisinau for a week)
It is the best apartment in Tiraspol you can get. If I ever come back I will for sure stay there again. The bed and the couch are really comfortable. (The couch in the apartment is the bigger one)
It also has everything you need. The balcony has as was mentioned before an amazing view. And everything was absolutely clean (and I have quite high standards there).
So I can only fully recommend this apartment.
The owner is a wonderful woman, very nice with us,responsive and always available to give interesting tips and help when needed!
The location is also very nice,at aprox. 10 min walk from the centre of Tiraspol and to an amazing restaurant called"Сново СССР".
In the house we also found some tourist information, and therefore could book a great tour with the guide Anton!
We loved Old Tiraspol Hostel!
We love this amazing hotel near of centrum of Tiraspol. Very very friendly and helpful personal, nice, clean, large and comfortable room with all what we need - fridge, super wifi, TV. Madam from the reception helped me with everything and very advised, perfect service! Big greetings for her and her colleague! I like to go back to Tiraspol and to this hotel!!!
The rooms are what you would expect from a mid level chain hotel - the bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom was a little bit dated but everything worked well.
I would recommend staying here to everyone looking for a comfortable hotel in Tiraspol. The reception staff also speaks very good English and are helpful with information and arranging taxis.
An exceptional hotel showing the very best that Tiraspol has to offer. Spotless luxurious rooms, amazing staff, perfect location, services, etc.
I especially recommend the pastries at the coffee shop.
The staff also assisted with me getting a taxi to Keshinev for cheap through a local agency.
Everyone from the staff spoke perfect English.
Inna was very nice and helpful to us.
She explained how to get the apartment in advance and told us where we cloud exchange money.
She also was very flexible with the checkout, that was amazing because it gave us the possibility to explore the city without our luggage.
I totally recommend for a 1 or 2 days trip to Tiraspol.
Warm welcome by Dmitri and his father. Neat and cosy camp at walking distance from Tiraspol centre. Sheltered and green, nice covered sitting area to relax or cook, and a place to charge your devices, Wi-Fi works well. A relaxing base to discover the city and Transnistria's country side. I highly recommend this place.
Big apartment..with all you need to stay few days in Tiraspol. Very clean, and near supermarket, trolleybus stop and money exchange office.
Comunication with property was easy, Alexandra is very nice and she helps you if you need.
Recomended place, and recomended city.
Staff was very friendly even though she does not speak a word English. The room and bath room were very clean. City center is a 10 min walk from the hotel. Small
shops are located just outside of the hotel. Cheap price and recommended for a shot stay in Tiraspol.
Amazing staff. Lovely hotel, great facilities and most of all accommodating and pleasant lady at front desk. Inspite of language barrier she made efforts to understand and helpful. I would give 10 stars if possible. I strongly recommend this hotel for your stay.
We always book this place for our Tourists on Trans Nistru Tours. The tour guide Dmitri Gavrilov from Chisinau took a very good care of us. We also recommend to stay at Lenin Street Hostel in Tiraspol.
Great location in Tiraspol, walking distance to bus terminal and center, very kind host and let me check in early, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook, located in a quite neighborhood
A very comfortable appartement close to all the interesting things in Tiraspol.
Nice bed, good cleaning and all what I needed; small kitchen, bathroom and washingmachine.
everything was perfect, we are 100% sure that this was the best hostel where we have had ever been.
The owners are super kind and nice
can’t wait to come back to Tiraspol
Clean room and very spacious apartment. The apartment is in the city center of Tiraspol so you can go easily everywhere by walk. Flexible check n/check out time.
Comfy bed and in a quiet location. Gym is amazing, one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. Receptionists spoke English well which is rare in Transnistria.
