We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast particularly was fresh and delicious. The staff were kind, welcoming, and ready to assist with any inquiries. Despite its central location, the hotel was quiet at night. Additionally, the hotel's own restaurant served very good food.

The Castella district has much to offer and the views all around the island are excellent. Both hotels we stayed at were lovely. One can get to all the main beaches and attractions on public transport. We found the busses to be on time and nicely air conditioned and one gets to places quickly.

Such a beautiful town with plenty of places to eat. The Citadella is a must to visit. The views from up there are breathtaking and it's steeped in history. You can spend a whole day at this one location.

A smallish town with great churches and a Cittadella.
The centre has many narrow streets and quite a few Italian restaurants.
Alternate restaurants are hard to find. Don't bother looking for beer other than the lager type.

I have been to Gozo a few times before but the reason for the visit was to go to the opera house to see Verdi's Aida. Victoria has a lot of things to see and the island of Gozo is interesting with many things to see and also wonderful beaches and history

Victoria is the center of Gozo, all bus lines come here. Busses are on time, most of times. But some are only one per an hour. If I come back, I definitely will rent a car (I am not sure the parking situation of Victoria, though).

Victoria is a beautiful city an amazing capital of Gozo.
Victoria is a beautiful city an amazing capital of Gozo. The people are so lovely and welcoming. There are many things to do and see and the history churches and squares are fantastic. Victoria is perfect location for exploring the whole of Gozo.
The location is just in the center of Victoria. The hotel has it´s on parking, which is superb if you are travelling with a car, as getting a public place could be challenging. The breakfast was delicious. Despite the pandemic situation it was still served buffet style - you pick at the table, and the stuff will bring it. Coming to that the best part is the stuff. Everybody is very positive and polite and tries to accommodate all your wishes. It´s hard to pick your personal favorite among them.
The host was absolutely wonderful! Anna is such a bright, positive and friendly person. Anna is accommodating and gives good tips and tourist ideas, but also space to enjoy yourselves.
Breakfasts were wonderful and always a good start to the day. Taking them on the terrace was a lovely thing.
The location was great - we could walk everywhere in Victoria and even outside of it. There were up to date walking maps at the B&B which was perfect for us as we planned to do some long walks.
The hotel was so lovely it made me wish I was staying longer. Breakfast was amazing! The room and furnishings were lovely, the bathroom was small but perfectly fine. I found the location excellent on the 'main' street. This led to a bit of traffic noise, but nothing significant. It also meant it was easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. There is a public parking area less than 5 minutes walk away, which was very handy for my rental car. Highly recommended.
If you’re in Victoria, you must stay here!
1 minute away from the bus station and the city center.
The place itself and the rooms are newly renovated, with all the comforts, ac, super clean, but with the ancient original Maltese look.
The host is just the best: a kind and genuine person who loves his job immensely and will help you with anything.
Breakfast offers a wide choice of sweet and savory local and homemade products and fruits.
100% recommended
This apartment is in an excellent location in Victoria- walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go. There’s no lift so be prepared to climb stairs. The small balcony was nice with a view to the sea (north facing balcony). It did not face the Main Street. There is a small fridge, toaster oven and hot plate if you want to cook. The washing machine was a nice addition even though we didn’t need to use it.
The hotel is in a charming Maltese-style building, boasting both aesthetic appeal and convenient location. Situated near restaurants and bus stops, it offers easy access to various destinations. The rooms are elegantly designed. The room has lots of electric sockets, which is a thoughtful touch by the owner. The breakfast hall is particularly impressive. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing.
we loved everything about this amazing petite hotel in Victoria. It’s location was great, room-best we’d stayed in in months of travel, and the two owners (Isabella and Patrice) extremely kind and informative. Breakfast was great-fresh local cheese, fruit, bread and yoghurts. We would stay at the Provicario again. it was such a highlight of our trip. Thank you!
Superb stay in a centralised location. Hotel clean, self check-in, good communication with staff and room small but very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were a plus. Breakfast was very good and will kick start your day on a positive note. Thank You Townhouse 17 for making our 5th Anniversary an enjoyable weekend. Will definitely book the hotel again.
My rating would be an accommodation rating for a family with 2 young children, as a couple I would rate differently. The hotel is in a great location in the absolute heart of the city, yet on a quiet street. The rooms and accommodation were clean, breakfast with a pre-allocated table. There was no shortage of effort to ensure maximum comfort.
Loved this apartment set in a beautiful old building in the centre of Victoria! The bed was really comfortable and the terrace was lovely and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed and David kindly provided some breakfast items (bream, ham, cheese, milk, yogurts) which we appreciated. Wish we had stayed longer!
Arguably the best hotel on the island of Gozo. Authentically restored townhouse in keeping with the island’s character and heritage, whilst having all the mod cons. We had two rooms overlooking the Citadella - that’s the Gozo equivalent of having an apartment overlooking the Duomo in Florence. Priceless
It was a fantastic apartment for rent, centrally located in Victoria but situated on a side street, ensuring a peaceful environment. It was within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. The room was incredibly spacious, much larger than a standard hotel room.
Apartment is located in very good location, to be exact in the center of Victoria. There are bus stop, restaurants and coffees all around. Apartment well organized, has everything needed for short stay, very cozy. Owner very polite and helpful.
Constant communication with owners, easy key transfer, complete amenities. Although it was a self catering apartment, it's was presented as a hotel room with tea/coffee/sugar/toiletries/towels.
Everything was great. Wonderful host, house was spacious, everything was clean. There was a lot of cup, plates etc. Everything that we wanted was there. Its better than five stars hotel.
Gorgeous villa, well located just outside Victoria, plenty of space and lots of character. Comfortable beds, beautiful views.
We appreciated the thorough welcome binder full of tips!
