Lovely property but so hot. They really don’t have AC. I left after one night. The staff was very nice. Food so so. Overpriced for what it is. Wouldn’t recommend

The apartment was spacious, well designed, views of the mountains & beach, the restaurant had room service & the food was great. It is a big resort with 3 pools, lots of activities & a sales office. The beach (true for most of the Oaxaca coast) had big waves so no swimming. But the pools were great - one had a slide & volleyball net, another had the bar.
