Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico.
Punta Allen seems to be a virgin place in Mexico. Not many tourists not many places like restaurants or shops.
Its full of sargaso and at the moment properties cant deal with it and many of them are on the beach.
But you can have nice excursions to see dolphins at the nature ,we took the fishers boat and went to see dolphins and turtles do some snorkel, kids loved it!
But this place is far and the road is not good.

My trip was rescheduled due corona.
My trip was rescheduled due corona. They ignored all my messages and calls, and stole my money. No even booking.com answers me. I got stolen, and nobody answer, nobody does anything, nobody takes responsability.
The property's serene location, well-kept grounds, and peaceful isolation were absolutely wonderful.
The cleanliness of the bed and sheets was impeccable, and we are immensely grateful for the hard work of the cleaners, especially given the circumstances. After falling ill with a stomach bug on the second night of our stay and experiencing multiple episodes of vomiting, their efforts were truly appreciated. We made sure to leave an extra tip as a token of our gratitude. Thank you to the cleaners - you are the true heroes of this hotel!
What a gem! This place is so chilled and relaxed. You literally open your door and you're right on the beach. The 3 frendly dogs will keep you company and walk with you around the village. The owner is a very nice lady that will cook for you if you wish. Place is very clean. The beach right outside the door is nice and calm. We've seen delphins and turtles on the water right from the shore. We stayed here 3 days on our Mexican road trip and it was definitely one of my top hotels. We loved it!
Sonia and the other staff at Villa Roseliz are the best!! She was so kind and we came in on Christmas Eve to a dinner she prepared for all the guests free of charge. The manager was very helpful with finding us a tour of Sian Ka’an and directed us towards the place we could rent kayaks and go exploring on our own as well. We had such a wonderful time at this little town on the tip of this beautiful peninsula—would strongly recommend to anyone going to punta Allen.
we never got to the property, because what booking doesn’t tell you is that it’s impossible to get there by normal car. you need to either get a 4x4 for the drive (and even then it takes 3.5 hours to drive the bumpy pot-holed road that leaves from Tulum) or schedule a boat which isn’t cheap and takes 2 hours. the hotel is not responsive and even when texting them in Spanish they provided automated Google translate answers that made no sense.
This is fairly remote and is reached on a 40 km extremely potholed road. So be prepared. The scenery is beautiful. The village of Punta Allen is rustic. Casa Pascale is mostly for sport fishermen but we weren't and enjoyed our time there. It's impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a good shower. There are beautiful wall paintings of various fish. It's a place with character.
our host Sonya was lovely ! Made us feel so welcome ! great location on the beach , cute accommodations and great lobster dinner by Sonya ! Must do day trip on boat with Jeremiah , exceptional Sea Captain.! We were excited to see dolphins , Turtles and Manatee . Jeremiah also took us to snorkel and a beautiful swimming spot ! It was the highlight of our trip . what a great day we had
First off, the view is unbelievable! Also, they were so helpful with arranging boat transportation and cab to Punta Allen. Marta was absolutely incredible and helpful in so many ways. Frank, our server, was wonderful as well. We really enjoyed our time there. The shared facilities were always clean. I will absolutely be back!
The location was amazing. Just what we were looking for as a couple that needed a little escape from work. We finally got the chance to completely relax in a beautiful guesthouse with zero stress. The gorgeous views and the lovely people that manage the hotel make the experience exceed expectations. Definitely coming back!
Beautiful surroundings and campsite. Comfortable facilities. Very helpful and pleasant staff who were always happy to help and spoke good English. We attended the day tour provided by the Hotel and saw turtles, dolphins, and sharks. Would love to return someday
The staff are fantastic, and each time I’ve come it’s like a private island. The restaurant is convenient and there are toys if you have children. Punta Allen is a 20min or so ride south if you’d like to check out the small fishing village.
Juan and Marta are incredible hosts and wonderful people. Staying with them feels like being in a welcoming home. They work hard to maintain the property and ensure their guests have the best stay in Punta Allen.
Amazing location right on the beach. Went to sleep and woke up to the ocean waves. Very nice staff. Delicious food. Tour of the bio reserve organized by the hotel was affordable and amazing.
Staff that run the place are absolutely lovely.. They are attentive, kind, and accommodating. If ever I visit Punta Allen again I'd definitely book at their hotel.
