The view from my window/balcony was my personal best thing...
The view from my window/balcony was my personal best thing about the hotel. Very Zen looking at the river and countryside. You really need a method of transport to get around as you are fairly isolated and need to travel into the local towns for things. The hotel does have an interesting looking menu with pricing about the norm for restaurants in the area. Its a worthwhile place to stay and i would definitely go back.
Staff was terrific & helpful throughout stay. Restaurant had some great choices with tasty food. Loved the access to coffee/tea 24/7. The views are lovely and the entire hotel is very clean. Great stay & will be back!
