Located right in the center of town, very close to the central station. The staff of the hotel (albeit at the reception of a different hotel of theirs, about two blocks away from the Sentrum location) was adequate and the luggage storage room (also at the reception) seems safe.

Beautiful place, not overcrowded.
Beautiful place, not overcrowded. Attended the parkrun on the Saturday, met a bunch of lovely folks there. The parkrun itself was tough. Had a lovely run along the fjord, lovely views and natural surroundings. Buses and trains were excellent. Went to the cinema, a comfortable experienece. Don't bother taking cash - everything is paid for by card. Plenty eateries for all tastes. Had a delicious dinner at the Indian Tandoori.

Stayed here as stopover before and after an 8-day Havilla cruise, Trondheim to Kirkenes and back. Which was excellent by the way and highly recommended.
So we spent one day touring the city and seeing some sites.
Walked a circuit to the Fortress, Bakklandet, Old Bridge around the river front into the Nidaros Cathedral and then down to the harbour via the town square. Enroute, tea & cake, lite lunch followed by an fantastic Beers & Pizza at Grano next to hotel. 5+ miles.

The booking.com recommendation with sleep 4 quadruple room 2...
The booking.com recommendation with sleep 4 quadruple room 2 adults and two children. (rules: check in age must be 18 years or old) But come in on the day of booking, the hotel staffs states the hotels rules is that children age of two years or older considers adult) so they charge extra person NOK 50 per child since the booking did not declare the child as adults. The hotels has not thing to do with the booking since it stated only two adult. I need to deal with the booking.com. stay away!!!

We stayed in Trondheim for 1 day to recover from 2-days ride...
We stayed in Trondheim for 1 day to recover from 2-days ride. Very nice and quite city. There are a couple of cool places if you like history: the Nidaross cathedral and the space around. We visited Rockheim and it is kinda cool. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the central area. The city has its own vibe. However, it’s hard to imagine what to do there for 2+ days besides the trips outside.
The hotel is a big one being a conference hotel. That ensured there was enough space in the common areas and in the breakfast room. The room was spacious, modern and clean. We had a beautiful view of the city. The Rooftop restaurant was nice and has amazing views. The service throughout was friendly and helpful. The garage was spacious and had multiple charging stations for electric cars.
The breakfast was very good, worth the extra expense. The hotel is in a very central location and rooms on higher floors had a good view of sentrum. The room was equipped with a flat screen TV and had the chromecast option 🙂. Near to many shops and restaurants at convenient walking distance, and central bus stops. The staff were also very compliant and kind
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Trondheim!
The staff was nice and pleasant and the coffee machine in the lobby was a great touch.
The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Most comfortable bed I slept in. The city view was spectacular!
Breakfast was delicious, plenty of variety of hot and cold food and a very pleasant dining room.
Room looked like a prison cell - view stretched 2m wide, and crashed against a hotel wall. Bathroom was extremely smelly. There was only hand soap, no shampoo or anything else. No glasses to put a toothbrush into. Did I mention how smelly the bathroom was? Well, imagine exposing your nose to sewer. At least the smell didn't pass the closed door...
I chose it for it’s location and to save a bit of $ between more expensive hotel bookings… so it delivered on that front. The poor overworked multi-tasking receptionist was friendly, kind and helpful at all times, but the hotel seemed short-staffed re matters of room issues… So this is more of a criticism of management and not on the staff!
A nice, comfortable hotel in a good location with friendly staff. Very close to the station and not far from the city centre. The free waffles every afternoon were great. There was a kettle in the room as well as tea and coffee available in the foyer.
Beautiful hotel with equally beautiful amenities! Amazing how much comes with a stay, too! And it's all within short walking distances of so.e of Trondheim 's best attractions, including the Nidaros Cathedral!
The hotel experience was very good, and also the staff were very friendly! Not loud rooms and also very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is very rich, the dinner is a little bit poor but delicios!
Clean and at a good location. Close to a bus station that gets you from and to the airport. Close to the cathedral and old bridge. Polite staff, easy check-in and check-out. Very comfortable bed.
Easy to find, near public transportation. Plenty of parking. Friendly welcoming cat. Very clean bathrooms & bedrooms. Plenty of locker space. Very comfortable linens, mattresses & pillows.
Ecellent location with 2 minutes walk to Nidaros Catheral, and near the river, and the bus stop to airport. Good breakfast. Free to check out late in weekend. The room is big and furniture.
