Great location! Renovated and very clean. Comfortable beds! Showers are super hot with great water pressure. Nice towels. Lobby shop for snacks and drinks. Bar/restaurant in lobby as well.

The rooms were beautiful! So clean and nice classic decor without being too pretentious, not to mention the extremely comfortable bed; once I hit the pillow, I slept like a rock!! Not by the water, but loved being in the heart of down town Manasquan where we could walk to all the local shops on Main St!

Perfectly charming shore town. One unpleasant experience: got ticketed for parking at a yellow curb which was virtually invisible on a rainy night. $50 fine. Tried to appeal...left a message with court clerk in charge, but have not received a response. Food is overpriced because it's a tourist area but there's lots to do and it's generally a good time. Check out the boardwalk and Aquarium. Perks Cafe was so good we had breakfast there both days of our stay.

They are a restaurant and hotel so we were able to enjoy their Father's Day Buffet. The location was a short walk to the beach and they provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach tags. Our room was a little small, but nice decor, clean and fit our needs and more importantly we had our own bathroom. They had a free cold continental breakfast each morning and provided tea, coffee and water throughout the day. We will definitely stay at Grenville again.

The hotel had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and even bicycles to ride if you wanted to use them. I am not a big fan of the beach, but my wife is, so I took her thinking if she had a good time it would make me happy. The hotel restaurant was awesome, the location was perfect and the hotel was everything we needed. We both had a good time and I would certainly stay there again.

The B&B is an older building that is very comfortable. More of a classic beach house than a luxury hotel - but that is perfect for a visit to the beach. The B&B breakfast was a very nice continental style breakfast that had several options, and all were excellent. The B&B had shared bathrooms that were always available, and always very clearn. No problems with the set up.
