The staff was amazingly flexible!! I had two flight delays and needed to wait for the LAX counter to open to retrieve my rental car. The staff agreed to be available in the wee early hours of the morning, and they were friendly to boot!

Let me see... NOTHING!!! THEY'RE DIRTY. THERES NO COMPLIMENTARY HYGIENE SUPPLIES. NO SOAP NO SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER NOTHING. MINI REFRIGERATOR BUT NO MICROWAVES IN THE ROOMS. ONLY MICROWAVE IS IN THE OFFICE.AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY HAD ROACHES!!!MY FAMILY AND I BOOKED A WEEK STAY HERE AND IT WAS HORRIBLE. WHILE DRIVING UP WITH MY CHILDREN THERE WERE PROSTITUTES STAYING 2 DOORS DOWN FROM OUR ROOM. WOKE YOU TO TAKE MY SON TO THE BATHROOM AND SEEN A ROACH(HIS FIRST). WOKE UP AND SEEN 4 MORE. WENT TO GET A REFUND AND FIRST THEY TRIED TO GIVE US A DIFFERENT ROOM AND IM SORRY BUT ROACHES DONT WORK LIKE THAT. 😕 I REJECTED THE ROOM AND THEY SAID THEY COULD REFUND MY MONEY BUT ONLY 6 DAYS (WE BOOKED THE ROOM FOR A WEEK) AND I WOULD HAVE TO STAY UNTIL CHECK OUT AT 11AM. MIND YOU ITS 7:30AM. IM NOT STAY IN HERE IN THIS ROACH INFESTED MOTEL. AFTER MY BOYFRIEND THREATENED TO CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THEY DECIDED TO GIVE US A 15% DISCOUNT FOR THE NIGHT AND REFUNDED THE OTHER SIX DAYS. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. DONT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO STAY HERE. NEED TO TEAR IT DOWN START ALL THE WAY OVER WITH THW BLUE PRINT.

The property was Clean and Secure. The high carb breakfast was satisfactory! I love my waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, eggs and toast!
