There was no water on both days for drinking or showering. They refused to give any discount because we booked with you guys it was terrible experience. Can you please give us refund? You can call to hotel for water situation! We have to go to friends home for shower and drinking water.

We have always driven US 130 on our way from Boston to Wash DC to get a break from the NJTP and stopped in Bordentown to refuel and eat. Since we started making the trip in two days, we overnight at the MHO Hotel and eat at the Twon and Country Diner.

I stayed 4 nights of which I was charged an extra $50 a night deposit that I have not received back as of yet, I think it is a very bad policy to tie up people’s money, especially since I wasn’t told there would be that charge until I arrived & when traveling I cannot afford to have $200 of my money tied up for over 3 days so far, I’ll probably never stay there again, it was also a very expensive week, they charge you for everything it’s crazy!!

I loved This location, there is a WaWa directly across the street from the hotel, and many other stores less than a mile away. It was not too far from Sesame Place, which is why we chose to stay at this hotel.

I wanted a roll in shower for a disable person traveling with me. They were not able to accommodate us even though we paid extra for this room. I requested booking.com to reimburse me for the difference in the cost and was refused. I still hav'nt received a good response. I will never book through booking.com again. The hotel was great and they tried to accommodate us for the problem. It caused us to have to help the disabled person with bathing which was very embarrassing for her.

Pool does not work. The rooms are filthy. They only clean the room every 3 days so don’t expect a clean room when you arrive. We spilt water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up and the towel turned black. They don’t clean the air conditioners filter or counters or mirrors. The fridge could not keep a 12 oz drink cold. The shower temp is basically luke warm to cold. So don’t expect after your frustration you can take a nice shower especially Because the towels they have all look they were washed without soap. If you stay here - good luck

Very upset that I checked in at 3 pm on Wednesday 9-9-20 and checked out the same day at 9 :30. I should of been charged for one day I didn't even sleep in the bed and I was told when I called on Friday morning for a refund I was told that it was policy if you ask me I don't agree with that policy and that I should be compensated for one day ill NEVER GO BACK TO THE TOWN INN👎
I almost couldn't sleep the night before because of the car passing all the time close to another hotel and I needed resting and sleeping. And in this Red Roof I was able to rest perfetly. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and everything worked properly. It's s great option if we rate its quality and price. I'm very satisfied with my stay.
Hotel location accessible to off-site shopping, attractions, dining. Despite busy highway site location, setting minimized distractive or disruptive noise; very quiet location between 11pm - 8am. Hotel staff very accommodative. Room layout was spacious; in-room refrigerator & microwave convenient. WAWA Food Market less than one block away.

The place was infested with ROACHES!! It was dirty, outdated and the staff was very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER be back at that location nor do I recommend it to anyone else. I am a very clean person and the way that hotel was was unacceptable!
Quiet and safe area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. The halls looked a bit worn in places, but kept tidy. Mostly quiet inside our room. We didn't hear any hall traffic. Decent breakfast selection.
Very clean room. Overall the property is in great shape. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was bigger than expected and an exceptional value for the Ewing/Princeton/Trenton area. Yummy free breakfast too! Complementalry
The only downside of our stay was the included breakfast. The prepared eggs and sausage were cold and school cafeteria quality. Except for the breakfast the hotel was great…clean. And the staff was very nice.
The staff, breakfast, and comfort were all outstanding. Is it a luxury resort? No, of course not - it's a highway hotel that served the exact purpose I needed, and did it well.
It's a Drug , bug infested hotel. Wouldn't recommend to my enemy. I didn't like nothing about it. Infact my guess ask me to drop her off back home. Didn't even score that night
It was bedbug infested and the hotel smelled real old I had to buy a vacuum cleaneri. Had to bring my own air purifier, so my daughter & I could breathe good.
