I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and well kept the hotel was. If we have to go back to San Fernando Valley we would stay here again, It was nice to have the bowling alley there for the kids, they had a great time.

Treat you like a criminal, talk to you from a window. Very dissatisfied. A lot of homeless and crime in the area that was not reported, My business partner was afraid to meet me at hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed . The GM stayed welcoming throughout our stay. Compared to other hotels in the area, the price to stay is a bargain.
