The front desk person was pleasant. The room was comfortable. There were dishes and pots to heat things up. The refrigerator worked well. The bed was comfortable. They did allow pets.

I want a full refund back and not no damn refund for credit either I want a full refund to be put back on my card, reason is because of how damn nasty and dirty the room was and how their is black mold and how the sink is literally falling in and also they have majorly problems with having bugs severely bad, the room is very nasty and filthy, so therefore I want my full refund back on my card asap.

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in in my life.
This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in in my life. My room wasn't cleaned, no clean towels, trash not taken out. TV didn't work, air conditioner didn't work well, refrigerator did not work. It was a total disaster. Ice Machine on 3rd floor did not work. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone. Price too high for service and rooms.
My room was next to the hallway/reception desk. Some guests were yelling at night in this area for several hours. It doesn't seem anybody from the personnel tried to stop them. The next morning a new receptionist wasn't even aware of the last night's events and didn't care to find out.
There were ants in the room. From the technician's reaction, I realized it's pretty normal in this hotel.
Let’s all mitigate our expectations and realize we’re considering a Motel 6 for a night or two, and judge this property for what it is— a Motel 6. It’s not lavish or posh in any way. It’s a place to crash on I70 for about $50 and it excelled within those parameters.
I didn't have much time for breakfast, but I had juice, coffee, and a pastry that were good. The location was perfect, because I had to go to an event in the west end of Belleville on the morning that I checked out.
The location was fine. However the room was
Dull, no decor. Shower was dirty. I stayed in this chain of hotels in the past. Never seen it bad like this one. Can’t even get a cup of coffee ran out .
This was a good hotel, cheap and everything you could ask for except for breakfast. Was just a waffle maker. Some cereal, and some oranges. Might as well not even have a required time for it.
