It was very quiet at this property early spring-off season. During the summer I suspect they are booked with weddings as they have all the facilities to host ceremonies and receptions. There is a nice bar that is on the honor system every night except Fridays, when they offer pizza from a food truck operator and have a bartender. It gets pretty busy with locals but was nice. We could hear the chatter from our room but didn't bother us. Beautiful property to walk around. Loved the free-roaming "Fab 5": two sheep and three goats.

One of the air conditioners was broke. The blinds were mostly broken, and there were no curtains so basically almost no privacy… Tried to take a shower and it stunk so bad like swamp water… Tried to use the sprayer on the sink. It was full of antifreeze solution they never rinsed it out… If you don’t read the fine print you should… There are absolutely no bedsheets, pillows towels of any kind you have to bring your own… So not only are you paying $200 per night to stay here you get an empty shell to stay in… Did I mention the TV didn’t even work?… so maybe the high reviews are for camping out not staying in this trailer… the only reason I stayed here was because it looked more like a B&B, but the description was very vague online.
