The location was great and the price was good. The room was okay....not great but not horrible. The restaurant was in my opinion over-priced for the food quality.

Modern Condo Inside The Historic St Regis is located in Grand Junction, 1.8 miles from Colorado Mesa University. There's a terrace and guests can use free WiFi and free private parking.
Possibly the nicest downtown I've ever seen. Plenty of park benches and focal points. Only problem is that most stores do not open until 10am and close at 5pm. They are missing out on dinnertime shoppers. Lots of nice restaurants but if you go for dinner after 5pm, most stores are already closed.

I have lived and visited Grand Junction several times and really enjoy the town at times; although the staff at the Motels/ and restaurants are friendly, other employees and staff at other location and convenience stores; are not as friendly and can be very rude..

I've traveled to Grand Junction numerous times over the years for bike events and for passing through on way to Moab, Utah. I've always liked Grand Junction. The central business area is great, love the bicycle art along the street.

Easy to find- looks like booking.com photos.
Easy to find- looks like booking.com photos. Spacious, comfy bed. Enjoyed coffee at the table under the front yard tree. Country setting - goats in pasture were adorable. Close to town with plenty of restaurants.
Convenient location. We didn’t see one drugged out or drunk persons. The hotel is known as one of the best hotels in the area, holding many conferences of different types. No history of drug labs in the hotel like many other hotels in grand junction. Very family friendly. Cameras at the front and all around the building. Beautiful views of the valley and mountains. Extremely friendly staff. And with 2 crying babies every night, not one complaint from anyone… nice thick walls! Very affordable.
We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights. We were in town for the Junior College World Series. The bed is comfortable, there is a "nook" with room to hang clothes, a nice sized small refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee pot. This is a family run Motel. They are very friendly and work extremely hard at making sure your room is clean and fresh towels. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting Grand Junction to go sight seeing and enjoy daily surrounding activities.
The bathtub was comfy and deep enough for a good long hot soak. Room was quiet too, no neighbors (this is in the winter, off season). Cheap room, especially for a Friday night (again, in the off season). Location is good, just off the freeway, five minutes drive to downtown, Main Street, with a bookstore and good bagel places, and good restaurants. But I'd rec Thai Number 9 as the best restaurant in town.
On my recent trip to the US I stayed in 7 hotels. This was easily the best. Primarily this was down to the staff at reception. They were friendly, efficient and willing to help.
Although some hotels are more flashy, as a solo traveller I liked that there was a big reception area, with drinks available, comfortable seating and space to work, chat or read.
I arrived on Amtrak and this hotel was very handy.
This family-run motel was great for our two nights' stay in Grand Junction. While the furnishings may have been a little old-fashioned, this did not matter to us - the room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed, and the staff were very helpful. While we found few motels to be very budget-friendly on our 3-week trip, this was one of the better value ones we stayed in.
The Charming and Cozy Downtown retreat was perfect for our family trip to Grand Junction. The property was super clean, spacious & had lots of details to accommodate our stay. Our Host Connie was quick to respond, & easy to communicate with. The property location is centered to nearby Main st, shops/restaurants, & close to CMU.
Newish hotel with good sized rooms access to MESSA University gymnasium plus lounge/meeting room facilities and a good restaurant.. it ticked all our boxes!
Our waitress in the restaurant was great informative with lots of tips and ideas for places to visit..she went above and beyond
What a breakfast....hot, tasty, diverse, plentiful, better than a lot of restaurants I’ve been at.... reason enough to not look elsewhere for a hotel in Grand Junction
The motel was pretty nice comparing the other small and cheap motels I stayed while on a roadtrip. The breakfast was also much better than at the other motels.
