The hotel upgraded our room to premium and we had snacks and drinks, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. We asked for another blanket late at night and they delivered it to our room. Staff checked in on us and made sure our stay was good throughout the weekend. I did notify them of the smell of the pool and they said they would notify engineer team.

The hotel was the ideal choice for what we set out to accomplish. We hoped to book a hotel that was conveniently located, affordable, provide access to amenities, free parking, comfortable room and breakfast. We were thoroughly happy with the customer service and accomodations. We liked that the rooms were actually cleaned when we left the room for a period of time. The customer service texts made us feel as though our experience truly mattered. The restaurant (Tavern) food and drinks were impressive. The breakfast had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the temperature in the room.

Very convenient for us as the Doctor's office so close where we visit regularly, that's all.
Our daughter liked so I guess we keep going there. For her it was fun, for us not really.

Everything was excellent as far as the staff and facilities. The only thing we found was that our room was not cleaned properly. We found toys from the guess before us and the night stands were not clean. Other than that it was an excellent stay. I would recommend this place to others.

We travel to Grapevine from OKC at least once per year. It's a great weekend getaway destination. Wilhoite's in downtown Grapevine is a great restaurant and bar with live music on Saturday nights. You can also sit out front, have a beer, and hang out. Meat U Anywhere is a fantastic bbq joint. We also enjoy In N Out Burger as we are CA natives and don't have them in OK. We always shoe shop at the Grapevine Mills Mall and never leave empty handed. The vibe in Grapevine is equal parts relaxed and cool. The people are friendly. Comfortable bed, big TV, clean room. Shower was awful, room was not cleaned when we returned. Had to ask for coffee cups, trash to be taken out, towels were replaced, but not the toilet paper. The hotel lobby and elevator floors we really dirty, stayed that way all weekend. Web site said free continental breakfast or al la cart. No free breakfast.
