We found the property charming and very clean and comfortable beds. Great location to Bryce Canyon. It was quiet at night. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. We ate at the Red Dirt Diner, very reasonably priced and good. Very nice staff as well. Very easy check in/out process.

This vast ranch is located in the beautiful Sevier River valley, surrounded by mountains. It is on the edge of the small town of Hatch, which surprisingly has three very good restaurants (including the saloon). It is also in close proximity to the amazing Bryce Canyon National Park. Our room was large and comfortable, with many nice appointments.

It was a lovely house, and the room, though in the basement, was not basement-like at all. The ceilings were high, and there was a large window, with a window well. The common area had a large screen TV and couch with a wonderful kitchen, with all the amenities as well as laundry facilities. The bed and bedding were wonderful.

Big kitchen/living area with washer/dryer. Porch with a swing to watch the sunrise and sunset, chickens, deer, and the cliffs over Proctor Canyon. Extremely quiet, yet if you are lucky, you get to hear the kids practicing piano upstairs.

Room was clean and thematic. Biker style. So it is bar table, high chairs and high bed, that was hard to climb in for my coworker, lol. It is convenient location to both parks Zion and Bryce Canyon, maybe a little bit closer to Bryce Canyon. The stay was good, the only thing they use cleaning chemicals with strong smell that gives headache. We used our wet wipes and it helps. It was no contact check in and check out. Shower and toilet work great, I love orange towels. There was cafe near by, but we didn’t have a chance to try it, maybe next time.

Hatch was a great location to spend the night and visit Bryce next day. Beautiful mountains in the distance. Short drive from park. No grocery in Hatch, so needed to visit neighboring town of Panguitch. We cooked breakfast and dinner at our rental. Made a lunch to take with us we spend the day in Bryce Canyon. No services in the park.

The property was located between Bryce & Zion Canyon and easily accessible to some many places that we wanted to visit. We could cook at the property or go out to eat on our adventures. This property is a hidden gem! We can not wait to return.

It’s a very small town with very little to offer. Some rentals do not have kitchenettes so make sure you are getting one if it is needed. Bring your food and water, anything else you might need. The best restaurants are 20-30 minutes away.

Hatch is between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park.
Hatch is between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. You can stay here and do both. The town is very small: one gas station, two restaurants, but an awesome coffee shop. I thoroughly enjoyed the view from where we stayed, totally unique.

Situated between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, but not actually close to either one of them. Food options are very limited which makes it a much less desirable location than Springdale, Cedar City or even Hurricane/LaVerkin.
We loved being guests in someones home for a change (not a hotel). Our room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom clean and nice. The shared space for the guests has all you need - full kitchen, watercooler, washing machine and dryer - everything very new and clean (big plus!).
A beautiful view from the terrace. Location is not too great (its a small town all in all), but great for a stopby. The views were splendind and there's a great place for breakfast and coffree around the corner, which we appreciated.
Welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The house was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. And arranged with love. Every room has a heater and the living room has an electric fireplace and an electric wood stove , allowing you to adjust temperatures to feel comfortable. It's easy to find the house. It was very quiet with a pretty view, a short drive to the Bryce canyon and Zion.
We loved the place and would highly recommend it.
Thank you Callie for our comfortable stay.
location is a convenient for Bryce and Zion as other reviews suggest. For someone form Europe, Hatch is really a nice small town that oozes Utah atmosphere. Its elevation is high therefore cooler and greener, the Sevier river meanders though the valley that is quite empty, there is a lot of cattle in the surrounding. A nice break in the more desert like conditions to the east and the west. Most visitors were similarly interested in local nature with means they were quiet and pleasant.
Great location as pictured. Beautiful spot on Sevier River and about 25 minutes from Bryce Canyon. Saw deer in the yard at dusk.
Comfy furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful antique furniture throughout house.
Hosts had a complete book about the house and surrounding area. Became very familiar quickly with the area.
If ever in that area in Utah again I would definitely stay here again. Awesome house!
We were looking for a place between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks and Hatch is exactly that. Don't expect much, Hatch, Utah has very little to offer, 2 restaurants, 1 coffee shop. We were there late in the season, so we didn't meet any staff, but communication over text messages worked. Because we were there late, there was no housekeeping. It's just a small place, Harley decor. It was good for the price.
I loved the surroundings, it's a nice and quiet place out in the open, there's a cattle farm nearby giving it this American country feeling. I arrived late so they left instructions for me which was kind. The receptionist was very sweet and welcoming lady. It's very close to Bryce valley, hence it's a convenient and good value for money location.
Great cottage in a quiet town that's conveniently located between Zion and Bryce canyon NP. Very cozy house with lots of space and great facilities. Nice views of surroundings from the cottage. Very nice host and easy checkin/out. Easily accessible and there's restaurants and shops nearby. Recommended and would come back to stay
We needed a place near Bryce (25 miles away) that had a kitchen. This place met those expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Incredible, really hot water for showers. The beds were very comfortable. Hatch is a VERY small town so there were NO other distractions, which I liked.
The staff were friendly. The rooms were adequate. I like having a microwave & refrigerator since I travel with grandkids. A pool is always a plus when traveling with grandkids. I like the convenience of a restaurant near the hotel as there are not too many places to eat.
I loved my stay in this hotel! Very charming place. Great room: clean, comfortable, with a great view. I liked the breakfast too, I felt like I was at home. Very friendly staff. The restaurant "Cowboy" is great as well: a bit pricy but the food is excellent.
Great cabin in Hatch, close to the parks. Clean room and bathroom, perfect for 4 people.
Although we stayed only for one night, we had a great time here.
The coffee is on the house, served at a local shop, that has great sandwiches and coffee products.
We really enjoyed our stay at Callie’s cottage. The house is lovely and well equipped. The surroundings are beautiful. Near Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Very close to Red Canyon and Dixie forest. I highly recommend.
Location near Bryce and Zion canyons, smiles and humour at each interaction, free parking, free breakfast (not listed on booking), tables outside for a drink with a view on the mountains, deers and river nearby, etc.
The location and layout were superb! The star gazing was amazing! It was quiet and would be very good for a family to stay for a week. Plus its only an hour from Bryce Canyon which is the most amazing National Park.
