I loved that the pool was open, the kids loved it too.
I loved that the pool was open, the kids loved it too. Personally I wish the hot tub worked, but undergoing renovations throughout the entire property, there were alot of scattered unfinished areas that seemed odd as during our stay we never saw workers actually working these areas. And having to walk through only the front doors due to no other doors opened from the outside with room key. And my room seemed to had prior water damage as I saw staining and prior repair had been made. Our "key" to our room was faulty. We needed to get help to get into our room at 10PM. The building was in the process of being remodeled. The pool and spa were unavailable. The carpets were dirty. The "bag breakfast" was processed junk food. We were given a pepperonni Hop Pocket for breakfast! :(

We stayed for less than an hour & that was too long. There was no towels, no tp, snot on the walls, the room smelt like smoke, cigarette burns in the bed. The tv in the in the 1st room didn't work so they moved us 2 doors down. It was disgusting. Really bad hotel they should update their Pictures. The owner of the hotel is very rude and so are his employees. Very Dirty place and dirty rooms. The card keys they Give you do not work. I made two reservations thru booking.com.
I made two reservations thru booking.com. There were no issues while I was there but today I was charged an additional fee days later. I spoke to the office and they told me the rate had changed although I had already prebooked online. I called the front office and the lady was rude told me that the other lady in the front office didn’t tell her that I had already made a reservation and that I was being charged. She later asked what did I want her to do and I explained to her that I have my booking info and confirmation and that she can’t just do that. She proceeded to get loud and tell me she’s gonna refund me and before I got anything else out she hung up in my face. I was nothing but nice I cleaned up my room after I left and checked out early so for them to be so rude and charge me extra when I didn’t buy anything in room is uncalled for. Besides the staff my room smelled like cigarettes and dog urine and the bed sheets and spreads were still dirty and riddled with burn marksCherrishUnited States of America

They were rude and down right ugly with their approach to guess service. I made a book and they charged me over $800 but I had not stayed yet. The outside of the hotel is full of trash and dog crap. The guest security was no where to be found. They would not clean my room because I had a cat. I will NEVER stay at another La Quinta again. Joyce and EJ should be either spoken to and fired in my opinion.

Parking was convenient and well lit, adding that extra sense of security for clients. The staff were accommodating, Jamila, who attended to us on check out was courteous and friendly. The breakfast selection was good and filling. The housekeeping staff were helpful. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable.

The area where they keep the snacks they serve breakfast is not clean, you can see it from the window. There is no cleaning services on weekends, only change towels. some days during the week they do not clean due to short staff.

I felt very unsafe. After checking in my concerns were confirmed when I saw two prostitutes come out of the room half naked. I did not stay here. I turned around and asked for a refund, but was denied left the hotel very unhappy, but very happy to be going to a safer and nicer place.
