There were bugs on the floor. They gave someone a key to my room and that person came to my room trying to get in at 1 am in the morning. Luckily I had the deadbolt locked, but I was awakened. I found hair in the shower and on the sink and found a roach in the room. The room smelled like dirty man. The couch was stained. The hotel said they did not have my reservation when I got there. Front desk person was a bit rude when I told her about the person who tried to get into my room because they gave them a key. She simply said I didn’t work last night so I don’t know who did that
