NOTHING!!! I requested a bottom floor got to the place said they did not have a bottom floor available! Went to the room it looked as though it had t been cleaned in years. There was mold growing in the corner of the bathroom and the floor had stuff all over like it hadn’t been swept. Went down and talked with the attendant and told him that something needed to be done, MAGICALLY he moved us to a room downstairs. Ok so we move into the room checking it out again, not the greatest but whatever. Got my some dressed went to the pool came back n into the room because the water and pool area was FREEZING! My child was frozen. Turned on the heat in the room only to see bugs crawling all over. This place SUCKS and needs to be shut down

After where we had just came from this place was OUTSTANDING.

When trying to book 3 rooms in KY, for whatever reason, the site I was on, sent my reservations to Lincoln, IL I called the hotel right away and was told they couldn’t do anything about it and to call secure booking directly. (Which I did.) The gentleman man I talked to said he would speak to the Hotel in Lincoln and since it was a computer error there shouldn’t be a problem. Well obviously there was a problem because I was charged for three rooms for one night. If this problem cannot be resolved, I will no longer use secure.booking.com as a favored booking site. It was great. Yes it’s contactless and there is no one physically running a front desk but it’s not difficult to check in or get your key, it’s just entering a code. Very clean, quiet and great location.

Just off Interstate 55, this hotel is less than 18 miles from Bloomington city center and Illinois State University. Free Wi-Fi and a TV with cable channels are featured in each guest room.
