Basic hotel, four wall and a bathroom. Had issues at check in. Rooms where not what I requested. For some reason they kept wanting me to take a smoking room. They blames booking.com but not sure why the reservation was wrong.

The bed and there wasn't buildup dirt, now the carpet should be removed.over all it's great
First room smelled like raw sewage. Second room circulating fan vibrated, no way to turn it off. Faucet was loose, had never been tightened underneath. Was moved to a larger room because of first room bad smell. Was charged $50 for the upgrade even though this was a staff decision.

There was nothing to complain about.
There was nothing to complain about. Our room was sufficient for an overnight stay. The price was good, especially since it was the weekend for Canton Trade Days. The distance to Canton was about a 20-30 minute. The front desk staff was very friendly!
The hotel was clean, it was right off of interstate 20! It was 15.00 a night for Fred! (Our puppy). There was plenty of grass for him to go potty at! And during the night it was well lit for potty time! The house keepers was supper! And for the eclipse we sat in the parking lot and watch it!
Durin our stay there was a tornado warning. Alarms ect. Have never experienced that. Stayed in the hallway until threat had passed. Not sure if everyone was evacuated to this area or not. We had been out and got back when this all started and we’re told to just wait in hall.
Although most other hotels were not suppling the hot buffet style breakfast because of the virus, this one did AND had gloves for mandatory use when getting your food and a fCe mask policy 😉
The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a large selection even though it was a grab and go because of COVID restrictions.
