The pool had no water and disgusting. The hot tub in my room still had dirt/filf from the people that stayed before me. Was told someone just got done cleaning my room yet it was invested with spiders/rolly polis n other bugs. Cups n room had been used n unwashed. Bathroom door didn't even shut all tha way n the couch had pet hair all over. Took pics n video was told I could talk to a manager about lower the price of the room since there was so many issues n was lied too and tried moving me into a even smaller room. I was charged 188$ they don't even offer breakfast and was told pool was out if service. If I was you I'd stay somewhere else. The new owners our a joke n even tried changing me for another night before even speaking with me. Luckily I have my card locked n my card told me right away they was trying to charge me again. They are scammers for sure !! Called them n told them if they try n charged my card again I'm calling tha police n they said they will take my card off file ?? If your gonna stay make sure to take video n pics of your room or ask to see it before they take your money. Wish I would have looked at my room 1st before paying bc it's NON refundable no matter what even if you don't stay !! Only reason why I stayed was bc I was told they would not give me my money back so either take it how it is or move into a smaller room for tha same price with no hot tube SMH.
