The pool had no water and disgusting.
The hot tub in my room still had dirt/filf from the people that stayed before me. Was told someone just got done cleaning my room yet it was invested with spiders/rolly polis n other bugs. Cups n room had been used n unwashed. Bathroom door didn't even shut all tha way n the couch had pet hair all over. Took pics n video was told I could talk to a manager about lower the price of the room since there was so many issues n was lied too and tried moving me into a even smaller room. I was charged 188$ they don't even offer breakfast and was told pool was out if service. If I was you I'd stay somewhere else. The new owners our a joke n even tried changing me for another night before even speaking with me. Luckily I have my card locked n my card told me right away they was trying to charge me again. They are scammers for sure !! Called them n told them if they try n charged my card again I'm calling tha police n they said they will take my card off file ?? If your gonna stay make sure to take video n pics of your room or ask to see it before they take your money. Wish I would have looked at my room 1st before paying bc it's NON refundable no matter what even if you don't stay !! Only reason why I stayed was bc I was told they would not give me my money back so either take it how it is or move into a smaller room for tha same price with no hot tube SMH.

The location was perfect for what we wanted. Love the style of the old Victorian.

Never been to Ludington before but it’s a really cute town with great shops and restaurants, the beach is pristine, and everything is relatively close to the beach. Just beautiful fall colors! If you have not been to Ludington, it’s a lot less crowded than Saugatuck and less expensive.

Given the date of my excursion, I had notice from S.S.Badger they had suffered damage to their docking facility--thus could not cruise. For THEIR part, the "cruise line" was outstanding in their effort to cancel. Amazingly easy. As I write this, they should be resuming service.
I travelled on the "Hwy. 10" (the car ferry) before, when it was operating in transport of rail cars and our auto. A trip rich in history. And, the people of the city have always been welcoming when we stopped at various establishments there. Being a segment of a U.S. highway, it is quite easy to travel through the city. There ARE a couple of hotels that I would not frequent again there; but only the two.

Love everthing about Ludington.
Love everthing about Ludington. The beach, downtown shops, House of Flavors, restaurtants and watching the Badger come in. It is close to Pentwater which has a go-cart park and not too far from Michigan Adventure too.

Ludington is one of our favorite places to visit.
Ludington is one of our favorite places to visit. The beach is so clean and plenty of things to do around there. We love to hike in the state park, which is very safe and clean. Absolutely love the Jamesport Brewing for lunch and supper. The walk to the lighthouse is beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of shops, sand dunes and fun. We love it!

Love the restaurants especially House of Flavors and Kilwins for ice cream and shops in Ludington! The Museums are informative and fun to explore. The beach is sandy and large. Parking is close to everything. Beautiful park to watch the Badger, safe play grounds for kids to play and amazing scene to watch the sunset.
We absolutely loved the size of the room and the very cozy fireplace. We had it on instead of the wall heater and it was just so warm and felt great. The bed was very comfortable, nice hardwood flooring. The shower could be improved. Small with curtain and older shower head. Even a new shower head would improve the experience greatly.
Other than that, we would hands down stay again. We came for the New Year's Eve ball drop and it was so nice to be within 15-20 minute walk to downtown from the hotel.
Didn’t get a breakfast option . Had no idea how to get to our room . Didn’t know the house behind where we checked in was our room . Had to leave the hotel and walk to the office to get ice . If you have your pool /spa closed you should state that when booking because we choose your location for a higher place so we could sit in the spa
Love the set up of the room, smiling workers. Very relaxing and close enough to things. Clean and nice. Plenty of towels and pillows. Stayed in several places in Ludington. Like this the best. Will be back. Will bring family next time. Their outdoor pool is clean. They have great grills and picnic tables guest can use as well.
Staff was exceptional. This is a small family run facility. Nothing corporate here. Rooms are nice enough, small bathroom, but everything necessary. Loved the koi pond and the deck! Breakfast was very nice, delicious both days. If ever in Ludington again I would stay at Summer's Inn.
We accidently left an important item at the hotel. We called the place and they quickly found and shipped the item to us. Thank you to housekeeping and staff involved in its return. So, friendliness, honesty and care for the well being of visitors are outstanding and appreciated.
Big hotel with all amenities - clean- free parking at hotel- nice spacious breakfast area-snackstand @ front desk- 15' from Ludington on main drag- nice breakfast with options + excellent follow up by breakfast lady - nice pool area
The log cabin room was everything we had hoped for felt like we were in the woods till we opened the curtains and realized we were sitting on the beach, loved it, thanks for the great time we had with your company.
Hotel did not have my reservation from Booking.com
However I was fortunate enough they had an extra room even though they were booked full. The staff was amazing!
The location was ok, not very far from Ludington Beach and sufficiently quiet. There is no breakfast, but we got some coffee in the office (Open from 7 am).
