We visited a place were we could go wine tasting and it was great. Our friends got the membership and we had lunch over there and it was really beautiful. It was called Ponte Winery. The staff was really nice too.

Low traffic, good mall, good shopping all around.
Low traffic, good mall, good shopping all around. Love the evening ocean breeze that comes in over the mountains. Close to the Temecula wineries. Not too far from San Diego. There is a great dog boarding facility 1.5 mi. away. Quiet rooms - no loud road noise. Good parking.

We love Murrieta!
We love Murrieta! We used to live there and always found so much to do and see, like hiking at the Santa Rosa Plateau, camping at Lake Skinner, enjoying the Balloon and Wine Festival, seeing local live theater productions, shopping, watching Storm baseball, visiting old towns in all the surrounding cities, going to Tom's Farms, and taking short drives to the beach and the mountains! It's an easy day trip to Orange County, which is the home of Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. San Diego is an easy drive on the 15 to the harbor, downtown, pro baseball, and missions. Take a train trip from Corona to the coast and then ride the rails up or down the coast and back.

Murrieta and the greater Elsinore/Temecula vicinity has...
Murrieta and the greater Elsinore/Temecula vicinity has changed and grown dramatically since 1986, which is when I moved from Hemet to Northern California. Back then, Murrieta and Temecula were merely waypoints along old US 395. At best, there were a few ranches and sparsely situated commercial enterprises adjacent highway 395. I miss the old ruralness of southern Riverside County.
We always know Marriott will fit the requirements. This location was perfect for us, being close to family and the wineries.
It was quite yet convenient to the freeways. We found a great mall with good restaurant choices and there was a
dog boarding facility very close which we will use in the future. We didn't try the breakfast just because we don't eat
breakfast however we are able to get a great 4 mile morning power walk in the immediate area. I wish the wind wasn't blowing otherwise we would have enjoyed the roof top view.
The room was adequate as far as size and cleanliness. Desk clerks were friendly and quick to get us a new remote for the tv. The gym had good equipment for a full workout. Pool was perfect temperature and hot tub was large. Breakfast was normal motel/hotel breakfast. Walking distance to good restaurants and close to freeway.
The breakfast was adequate - I liked the waffles. Very small crowded room however. Would have been nice to have some fresh fruit other than oranges which had to be peeled.
Additionally, although loud, the air conditioning the hotel room worked well.
Stacy was awesome! This place is sparkling clean! The bed was amazingly comfy! Plenty of towels and toiletries! Bathroom very clean! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! Hotels are ridiculously priced and Balloons and Wine have great rates!!
The house was large, comfortable, and well stocked. We had Thanksgiving dinner there, and had everything we needed to make it a nice family event/meal. Beautiful back yard, and central for Murrieta and Temecula. Close to shopping, malls, etc.
I think the hotel was new so everything was clean and very nice, we were on the 4th floor and couldn’t find an ice machine so I had to go to the 1st floor but that’s the only thing I’d change
This property was fraudulently represented as a 3.5 star hotel while actually it is a residential vacation rental with that should not be rated with a hotel rating system.
staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet - I rarely heard the other guests, good hot breakfast every morning
Everything, quite hotel , friendly staff, professional manager , cleaning & room service are great and breakfast is super delicious , recommend for Murrieta visit
