The restaurant and roof top bar were not open. When booked it stated they were. Room was street side and traffic was loud. Staff was excellent in customer service.

Room was okay for a good price.
Room was okay for a good price. Then there was the black hair in the bathtub - definitely not ours! Breakfast - what breakfast? Total disappointment there!!! Not even any coffee when we went to get "breakfast," had to wait about 10 minutes till they refilled the thermos pot. So, I'm sorry to say, our stay wasn't what we expected after reading the reviews - this place did not live up to an "awesome" rating.
