Awesome place, perfect location and overall a nice stay. However, the elevator went out of service, and didn't work. I understand things happen, but being on the 3rd floor and having to take the stairs numerous times in and out was very inconvenient. The breakfast staff lady was rude and unfriendly. Maybe she was having a rough morning. But overall, It was okay.

Convenient places to eat and shop but difficult to maneuver at some intersections, and traffic was heavy and crowded. Need more lanes and better traffic light efficiency. We went to the Anniston Museum of Natural History and the Berman Museum. They were both clean and interesting. There were hands on activities for younger kids. We ate at Top of the River Resturaunt. The food was good and the service great. Our family also went to Mt. Cheaha, which was spectacular.

We love the convenience of the Hotel. Stayed there in December 2021. Room was large. Shower door was stuck and took awhile to open. Toilet was having problems flushing. Staff not as friendly as our last stay. …. We enjoy staying at Hilton properties.

All the accommodations were great!
All the accommodations were great! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. There were beverages readily available. More than enough towels and wash clothes. Plates, utensils were available. We had no complaints other than, there should be instructions on how to navigate through the television. All in all I would definitely stay there again!!!

Oxford in general is a great place to stay they have great places to eat like Cracker Barrel, Kentucky Fried Chicken Logan's Roadhouse they also have a lot of Historic places to see there are a few very clean parks for anyone to use and would feel safe doing so traffic is not so bad at certain times of the day and is a beautiful place to see

We are very pleased with how guests are treated here and no longer stay at other hotels nearby. Breakfast is the usual hot and cold options with a good variety. A bonus is a choice of two waffle flavors: original or flavor of the day like apple cinnamon. Coffee is good and there are dairy and nondairy options for creamer. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Their best asset is the staff!
