The condo itself was in a great location and very clean. The amenities were also quite nice. However, the staff left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the check-in clerk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite showing him my booking confirmation, he dismissed it, saying it was not helpful to him and that there was nothing he could do. This forced me to contact the property owner directly to clarify the booking, even though it was already paid for. Adding to the frustration, the clerk told me to hang up the phone, insisting that the owner "doesn't know anything," which was both unprofessional and unnecessary.
