Cute mainstreet which is a ways off the freeway.
Cute mainstreet which is a ways off the freeway. People are pleasant. Would not recommend staying at the La Quinta...choose the new Holiday Inn Express instead. We stayed here to be near Starved Rock as Oglesby properties were booked up.

- From $166.11 per night7.5Scored 7.5GoodRated good· 172 reviewsLa Quinta is my favorite travel chain hotel since they are really the only hotels that allow dogs of any size I have a very well behaved Great Dane he never barks wouldn’t dare have an accident inside but yet most hotels only allow dogs up to 50 lbs which is hilarious because those are the dogs that bark the most and have accidents inside so I frequent La Quinta because of their no size restrictions and also this one was clean and the staff was wonderful pool and hot tub were a nice bonus as well

It was nothing fancy but it served our purposes for keeping it affordable in the area. Sheets and pillows were clean and unstained and I had a good, and quiet nights rest.
