The theme. It was the first time I've ever been to a theme room hotel. It was truely an experience.

Staff was awesome, view from room was excellent and just up the hill from the surgery center. Bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been, I felt the floor wasn't mopped. But the rest of the room was clean. The bedding was awesome and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was okay, nothing to rave about.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good and so was the people who ran the breakfast.
Prices were kinda pricey for no maid service or anyone checking if we had any needs. No elevator to 2nd floor. Really hard to get luggage up and down to the room and back to the car.

We had stayed overnight in Pocatello a number of times, just not in the Fall or at the Fairfield Inn. We now plan to make a trip just to this city next year to take in the various attractions there and its vicinity.

Pocatello is a beautiful high desert city in Southern Idaho.. it was July so it was obviously super hot.. I was there for a Drs appointment so I didn't do much sight seeing.. I do know there's a lot of open in public drug use down by the University. Personally seen it with my own eyes at the Days Inn across the street.. that part of town is gross. What's really sad.. I didn't see one police officer for the 2 days I stayed down there

I hit a deer an hour outside of Pocatello, totalling my vehicle. I was travelling by myself with my two dogs 14 hours away from home. Everyone I dealt with - state police officers, dispatcher, hotel employees/management, autobody company - were all so kind and compassionate, and I felt that they all had my well being at the forefront. This makes me feel the the community of Pocatello is certainly great.

Stay somewhere else. The RedLion Pocatello is horrible.
Stay somewhere else. The RedLion Pocatello is horrible. It was very dirty with mildew in tub area, only 2 lights out of 4 worked in Bathroom. Shower head was barely hanging on two the wall. Paint following off ceiling in bathroom and room. Sheet was not put on bed correctly. Just throwing over the sheet over mattress is not correct. We should have left but we just traveled many miles in car and needed to rest. Our error. We got around 2 hrs, sleep and then left the dirty place.

Nice and quiet area.
Nice and quiet area. The hotel is close to other hotels as well as plenty of dining options and even grocery stores. We dined at Texas Roadhouse and MacKenzies. The nearby event center was really nice!
The room was extremely clean and smelled fresh. Our bed was comfortable. The grounds are well lit and inviting- safe feeling walking into the hotel. The staff was very friendly and everyone seemed happy and pleasant. The pool was well maintained and very nice! Breakfast is offered later on the weekends which was appreciated so we could sleep in. We enjoyed the waffles and fruit. It was nice having a mini fridge in the room. The price of the room was a great value!
Filthy, there was a broken vase in the corner when we arrived and they never picked it up!
The floors in the hotel were filthy! Carpet on the steps was old and worn and dangerous.
We kept begging for clean towels as they never cleaned the room, got them the 3rd day!
The restaurant was ALWAYS closed, but the bar was open!
Red Lion WAS a good name, but won’t ever stay in another one!
Your staff at check in and check out were exceptional. Very friendly and professional. Very impressed. Breakfast was decent and early enough to meet our needs as we left at 5:10am. Thank you. The room was super clean. The only negative was the bed was a little too firm. The hotel was quiet and I felt safe. Would stay there again.
The location and size of the room were great. Noise form the neighboring rooms was minimal although we could hear the people upstairs stomping around the second night around of after midnight. Time time that the breakfast buffet remained open was nice, 1 hour longer then other hotels I have stayed in.
It is a very large place, very cozy, and in close proximity to everything one needs in Pocatello. This two bedroom apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, plus everything one needs in terms of sleeping, bathing, and relaxing. The hot tub on the patio is a HUGE +!!!
I have stayed at this hotel before and always had great service from the staff. The location is great, close to the Interstate. I was given a discount of 25 dollars upon checkout due to the many issues in our room. This was appreciated.
I liked everything about it. the value was worth it with great amenities. the rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. probably one of the best hotels I’ve been in. the staff was great too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
The coolest hotel I've ever stayed in! We were in the wild west room and every detail was amazing. We got a breakfast delivery basket which was a nice surprise. The staff were so friednly on arrival and really made the experience.
The room was very spacious. The hotel had a bar/lounge which was very nice and had limited but decent choices. The young lady running the bar was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The hot tub and pool were very great.
Room was spacious and clean. Shower had good pressure and was hot. I stayed for only one night but if I needed to stay in pocatello again for a few nights I would be fine staying here again.
Nice indoor pool in center of hotel. Breakfast was included, washer/dryer access on the property for a fee. Staff was very helpful when the room we were assigned smelled like smoke.
The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean and our son loved the pool. We were only there for a short time but it was a very pleasant stay.
