Water never got hot during my 5 day stay, Luke warm at best, most of the time it was cold. Also my room was a bit on the shabby side. You could lay in the bed and see where water had leaked on the ceiling. Also, (note that I'm an 81 y/o with sever arthritis) I was booked on the third floor, in a hotel w/o an elevator. They did get me a king room on the first floor, but not the king suite that I had paid for in full.
