The room was bigger than I expected! Very nice and comfortable.

Staff had a horrible attitude, booked weeks ahead of time. Booking confirmed, company sent email out along with calls and they apparently had no recollection of our stay, they booked our room and had nothing to accommodate us. We drove 17 hours just to be told no, even with a confirmation weeks beforehand.

victorian decor as expected, very cute continental breakfast as expected with soo many choices Room was clean, quiet and had small micro and fridge as I was there for work- only thing i would request is access to freezer to keep my lunch tote coolies frozen as I was packing a lunch every day, there were several choices for the keurig, i absolutely loved the pumpkin spice creamer i had hoped it would be there again when I returned but they did not restock it- i particularly like steevia as a sweetener and they did not have it but I expected as much=my room had a separate restroom which did not bother me in the least i look forward to using the huge clawfoot bathtub to relax one night after work they had a usb plug for the outlet which was very helpful as i had forgotten mine
