Staff were very friendly.
We had problems with our Booking.com booking (wrong room) and they were not able to be resolve it while we were on site, BUT it was resolved by the hotel staff after we returned home. I appreciate that they finally helped to resolve it, even after we got home.
We would stay here again but we'd book directly with the hotel and double check the sheets next time.
