Except for our stay at the Inkeeper's Place, we didn't really spend any time in Stafford Springs. We were in the area specifically to attend the Roseland Cottage's annual craft show in Woodstock, and the restaurants we ate at were not right in Stafford Springs, but were located in Woodstock and Putnam where we have eaten before and were excellent.
