Breakfast was fine for me as I like to only eat fresh oatmeal, which this facility had. The location was great for dining out within walking distance as well as within short driving distance.

The room was dirty, ants and mini-roaches under the bed, long black hairs in the shower. And the mattress was more than lumpy. I felt like I was going to get tipped off the bed by the mountain range in the middle. But it was cheap, so you can't expect perfection. I don't know why there is a picture of the ocean, it is no where near the water.

The mall has no comparison it’s perfect, the beach is 25 mins away, the outlets are just down the grade, you have to stop by Institution brewery, weather you drink or not order their carne asada pizza, I know sound a bit of a weird match, but everyone I’ve ever gave a slice to ended up ordering and eating a whole pizza plus they have a beer for every taste, I recommend the mosaic to start your exploring.

Bed, check in, parking were good.
Bed, check in, parking were good. The room seemed smaller than previous stays, especially the bathroom, the tv was not working upon arrival but my husband fixed it plus the remote worked but it had limited capabilities. The grab & go breakfast was not very selective compared to another BW+ we stayed at a few weeks ago. The shower over tub didn’t function well, in that the tub filled with water even though the shower was turned on.

Great suburban city, extremely safe and clean with friendly locals and fun events. Small town feel but with all the amenities and restaurants of a major city, plus a great mall. Great location, 20-ish min drive to the ocean. 40-ish min drive to Hollywood, 50-ish min drive to Six Flags, 50-ish min drive to Santa Barbara. Chili Cook off is the best I’ve been to.

We attended a show at the Civic Center.
We attended a show at the Civic Center. Parking was convenient and very reasonably priced. The theater was very nice. We also visited the Reagan Presidential Library/Museum which is phenomenal! There are so many wonderful exhibits in and around the museum. Any lover of freedom and democracy would learn so much by spending an enjoyable day there.

I love Thousand Oaks!
I love Thousand Oaks! Great shopping, many great restaurants and the beautiful trees and outdoors! Conveniently located to get to beaches if you’re wanting to go to Malibu or Ventura. I also enjoy looking at some of the beautiful homes in this area. There is also the Fred Kavli theater, where we saw “Beauty and The Beast”. I think all seats here have a good view of the stage. We sat in Row A of the Founders Circle and it was a perfect view for me!
I've been going to this location just about every year in July for over 10 years. The 3rd floor has an A/C outlet that is freezing outside of the door in the hall. The breakfast has declined tremendously. No more cookies at check in. The floors were dirty as my socks told the story. This hotel is my family's vacation halfway spot to our final destination. I'm a creature of habit so I continue to book this location. But my family and I are left disappointed.
The staff tries their very best to make the best of the situation. They are probably the only reason I return. Most of the rooms are very poorly maintained. however if you are fortunate enough to get a renovated room it is equivalent to a Hampton Inn.
We went to Thousand Oaks for a Cal Luthern swim meet on a Saturday AM. Arrived after midnight, checked out at 7:30AM. So we are not a good couple to provide much feedback. The facility was in the right location for us, clean, comfortable, and quiet.
Breakfast was a let down. Frozen muffins and Jimmy Dean with a bottle of water really isn't breakfast. I thought it a little overpriced since there was really nothing but a room. The advertised breakfast was why we booked that hotel.
I have stayed at this hotel many times on our Californian road trips where you don't have to pay resort prices. Location is good with a shopping mall and supermarkets nearby. Nice breakfast in the morning as well.
I like the cleanness of the room. I was impressed to see a pool and jacuzzi. The hotel representatives customer service was incredible. I will recommend to follow peers and comeback. Thank you for the service.
This time everything was perfect, clean bed , bathroom, mattress(s), pillows and I credit the manager that worked harder and dedicated employees to bring this hotel to a good place
Was perfectly fine for a short visit. Room is dated, but staff are really good and friendly. Good option for a stop on a road trip. Good value in an expensive hotel market.
I thought for 2 people the queen bed room was very nice, and it even had a table with a small booth to sit at. Best last minute price in Los Angeles and Ventura County.
The hotel rooms were updated to a more modern look and feel. Pool and hot tub area was nice and towels were provided.
It was nice that breakfast was available.
Jose he is great I had a couple requests and without hesitation it was done. Our first time in California and he made us want to come back here to this hotel.
The hotel was ok, but I found it little bit more expensive for the room size and location. Breakfast was ok. We appreciated availability of washing machine
It was fantastic stay in this hotel. Even if there was a renovation it wasn't loud or problematic. Beautiful garden, clean rooms and very friendly stuff.
The hotel is a great value. We are frequent visitors to California. We just need a place to sleep and to shower. We are almost always away in the area.
