I can’t rate this property properly because they had NO POWER when we got there. Why would you accept a reservation when you can’t offer your paying customers a place to stay?? Absolutely ridiculous. I will not book through Booking.com again. Call the hotel directly. Paid for nothing.

Best breakfast I have had at a hotel of this price point. Hotel was extremely clean. Also on the far side of west Houston. We didn't want to fight traffic getting out of town in the morning. Downside was there were few restaurants near-by.

It was ok. The coffee machine was out of order but I was able to make some in the room. It could have had some type of meat and eggs to go with the waffle.

The Jacuzzi tub was awesome, just needed some instructions on how to turn it on. I believe that they need more towels/mats to help reduce the slippery conditions when walking around the room after being in the jacuzzi tub. The tile floor is extremely slick when wet.

Location is good for getting on/off 290 or for going to the outlet malls. Breakfast was OK most days; they have eggs and sausage and some times bacon. Didn't hear any freeway noise.
