This property is fantastic! The room was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and perfectly clean. Upon arriving we were greeted with warmth and kindness, the pool was amazing, ample places to relax and unwind! We especially loved the music/playlist playing around the property! We spent our days enjoying the pool and utilizing the cocktail bar service! The hotel owners were friendly, talkative and obviously take HUGE pride in their hotel and making everyone comfortable! We will be back again and again!

I’m blown away by how clean this hotel is! It’s VERY frustrating when hotels say their rooms are smoke free but then you go inside your room and everything smells disgusting. Well… we did not have that problem here at all, everything smelled great. From the lobby to our room, it was spotless. The staff were amazing, everyone was super friendly. The heated indoor pool was the perfect temperature for a cloudy day. And the view from our room? Absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Nice pool, but be careful it's deep.
I like the backyard where the kids can play, you can grill, have a good time with family and friends, and have a bonfire.
after your first night, you'll definitely like the ambiance there.

Centrally located close to beaches and Cape Cod style "city-life". (Hyannis). DO NOT MISS breakfast at the Keltic Kitchen...yes if there's a line...it's WELL worth the wait. Check out the Pirate Museum, (REAL pirate treasure). West Yarmouth is a pleasure with many activities for young and old year-round. Fresh cranberries right off the bog in the Fall are a treat not found often. Don't miss the Fall cranberry festivals either!

This area is perfect for touristy groups who want to be near many mini-golf attractions and shops. There are numerous gift shops as well as several consingment/thrift shops. There was a restaurant/club a few steps away which was a plus and we found a local restaurant, the Longfellow Pub which was excellent and a new restaurant for us after coming to the Cape many times.Laura - 10Scored 10

PROXIMITY TO DELICIOUS FOOD AND BEACHES, AS WELL AS SHOPPING NEARBY. YARMOUTH INN RESTAURANT WAS WONDERFUL. THE FRIED CLAMS AT SKIPPERS WERE THE BEST I HAVE HAD. WE PLAYED MINITATURE GOLF AT A NICE COURSE. SMUGGLERS BEACH WAS OUTSTANDING. THE WATER WAS WARM AND PEOPLE WERE VERY HELPFUL. IT WAS PROBABLY THE NICEST DAY WE HAD.

It was huge, we all got plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and clean. There was a beautiful view on the harbour right from our room. Hotel is very beautifully located right on the water, with its own beach and lots of possibilities to walk around and enjoy the nature and the views. It also was a short drive to the beach and other local attractions. As we brought a dog, we appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was. There was a nice area outside to walk our dog. Even though we didn't get a chance to visit the indoor and outdoor pools, the other guests gave great reviews. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic every day. That was one less meal we had to think about.
