The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, not right in the city centre but having tram stops that would get you there in around 10 minutes. There's a Rewe just around the corner, which is also great. The house is how you see it in the pictures, small but well equipped, great to spend a couple of days. We didn't see the owners, but communication was easy via WhatsApp.
