Would highly recommend this villa immediately after booking the host was in touch with check in instructions and on hand for any questions and very responsive. The villa is beautiful spotlessly clean and very comfortable with amazing views. The villa has the advantage of it's location high up above the lovely village of frigliana in a very peaceful location but only a ten minute drive from the village. The outside area with dining, seating area, pool and jacuzzi are a highlight of a stay here.

Sergio gives you lots of information beforehand. and if you get lost, like us, he replies straight away :) The house seems newly refurbished, its nice and clean and tidy. For the two of us it was comfortable. And we could park our car securely behind the gate. For summer stays there's a nice size swimming pool to the side of the house, and air conditioning.

The views from the house and all around the village are stunning. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable and cozy with lots of small additions that can make a difference such as herbs, spices, oil in the kitchen, shower gel, shampoo in bathroom, books and a great TV with worldwide channels in the living room. Can’t recommend highly enough and would definitely book again.

A rustic cottage - not 5* in the classic sense but at the same time it had everything, was super clean, a fantastic outlook and lots more character than most. A perfect getaway. Off the main road, so a car is a must.
