Julia, Miguel and Humberto (the manager) make you feel right at home. Great food, well appointed rooms, outdoor spaces to enjoy the rolling countryside and a roaring fireplace for the colder evenings. All this, RIGHT on the Camino. I’ll be returning soon. Oh, and HDMI sockets in the bedside lamps to help with fast charging. Nice touch.

I am pleased to give a 10/10 review for Casa Camino Turismo Rural, a delightful hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, I was struck by the beauty and elegance of the interior design. The attention to detail was impeccable, and everything was well-maintained and sparkling clean. The hosts of Casa Camino Turismo Rural were incredibly kind and caring, making me feel at home right away. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was simply amazing, situated right on the Camino Primitivo, so we were able to start ou rwalk right away after breakfast. This is by far, the best hotel in the area! The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was prepared and served by the owners, which shows how much care they put into every element of the stay. Overall, Casa Camino Turismo Rural was a truly exceptional hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. The beautiful interiors, kind and caring hosts, incredible location, and amazing food all combine to make this a truly unforgettable experience. 10/10!

So peaceful and beautiful! The owners will offer to pick you up from Palas de Rei if you wish (the Casa is 3-4 km from there). It is ABSOLUTELY worth going off the Camino for this lodging. The dinner served at night is very good too!

Ignore the map that shows this way out of town. This is 2 quiet blocks from the main part of town. So unless you want the hustle and bustle of the central camino. This place is wonderful. Four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. One ensuite bath. Full kitchen with laundry, living and dining room. Plenty of lines to hang clothes .And a ping pong table in the basement. A great place
