Spectacular views over the town, out to sea & perfect to watch sunsets from the many different vantage points. The ground floor is perfect for group dining, BBQ, dining area & large sofa. The top floor is the main living/breakfast area with kitchen & access to the pool from the front. We loved our stay here, the feeling of space & light is exceptional, the decor throughout is stylish & comfortable. Ideal if you want to get away from the hectic centre of Las Americas but a car is needed!

I recently stayed and absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy, and I found the value for money to be excellent. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

The location is really amazing, very close to the city centre and main attractions. The owner is super friendly and willing to help. Highly recommend. I would definitely return

Set in Playa de las Americas, near Playa de Troya and Bobo Beach, 141 VILLA URBANIA Atico Deluxe By Sunkeyrents is a recently renovated property, featuring, an outdoor swimming pool and garden.

A small but very convenient, white and clean villa with everything one needs for a calm family vacation. A beach, a supermarket, many restaurants - everything nearby, just a few steps from the place. Good communication by the hosts. Very spacious terrace - especially in the evenings, to have a family dinner and a glass of wine with nice view. An ideal kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook for the whole family. A big master bathroom with lots of space to keep everything and many white & clean towels. When you are not in a mood to go to the beach you can use sunbeds on the terrace. By the way, tennis & mini golf are very close:)
