Ferruccio and his family were the most marvelously hosts. I came here to escape from the world, and to immerse myself if the Umbrian countryside. Just a stones throw from Assisi, I could not imagine a better place. Simple, quaint, loving— I felt right at home at this amazing property with these amazing people. I hope to be able to return again here in the future!

Everything! The house is beautiful and the whole family goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I got an early check-in and decided to try the dinner at the house as well - it was delicious, freshly prepared and all superb ingredients! I loved lounging by the pool after spending hours walking around the old part of town and visiting the basilica. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly!

Our weekend here was great! The staff was extremely kind and friendly and welcomed us like friends. The place was very calm and relaxing and we got to pet their dogs and cats. The location was also really handy as it was on the countryside, so it had a quiet surrounding, but at the same time it was close enough to Perugia and Assisi to go there for day trips. I would 10/10 recommend this place!
