A beautiful property, conveniently located near the highway and near Foligno, which makes is a good base for visiting around. The rooms are superb and the whole property is very well taken care of. The owners and staff are very attentive to every need and everyone will appreciate the freshly prepared breakfast near the swimming pool. Finally, a big thumb up for the warm and smiling welcome.

I really enjoyed our stay at Terra dei Santi! It was such a tranquil space to come back to in between our travels around Spello, Assisi and Perugia. The garden and outside area is lovely with the flowers and Olive Trees, very well kept. And the pool is so relaxing and clean with a beautiful view of Spello in the background. The location is great, it's just outside the center and easy to reach by car and even by foot if needed. The apartment is clean and has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. We could even wash our clothes. Very comfortable parking for your car too. It's great value for money and I would definitely come back to stay here if I visit Spello again. Thank you!

The house was beautiful, the hosts very friendly and helpful, the food - both breakfast and dinner was locally sourced and carefully prepared making it super delicious! The location is perfect if you look for a quiet oasis but close to places like Montefalco / Spoleto / Spello within just a few minutes by car.
