The a beautiful historic property was beautifully renovated.The room was spacious with a fabulous panoramic view from the windows. it is on a vista that allows you to see Spello and the olive groves all around. there was a beautiful archway entrance to the pool of heavily blooming gorgeous dark pink roses. It was located in an area that wasn’t heavily populated and was very private. Yet it’s only minutes to the really amazing historic town of Spello. All, truly fabulous! Great made to order breakfast. Fabio the manager prepared it quickly and we’ll made with a smile on his face! We really liked him too!

A beautiful property, conveniently located near the highway and near Foligno, which makes is a good base for visiting around. The rooms are superb and the whole property is very well taken care of.
