The care of the owner was beyond expectations, we got good advice for moving around the area and the breakfast was great, and flexible in terms of schedules. Special care was taken for the enjoyment of the our teenagers. We stayed in a family room, the room was just right for our needs and the balcony had stunningl view of the lake. Agriturismo La Fonte Di Mariella is surrounded by chestnut trees in Dosso del Liro, 7 km from Lake Como. It offers a traditional restaurant and country-style rooms with Liro Valley views. Friendly and highly competent staffs, amazing local food for very reasonable price (btw, free buffet breakfast !), beautiful scenery. The road to get there is a bit difficult (20 mins of many "tornante"), but it's totally worth it. The whole stay was a real treat for our soul, our body (especially our stomach).
