We were just in awe of the beautiful sunsets over the mountains. The apartment is so comfortable, contemporary, homey and very clean. We kept saying how we’d love an apartment of our own in Italy decorated like this. Most of all the hosts - Pamela and Leonardo are quite simply sweethearts. Such nice people. Extremely responsive. It was a joy staying in their wonderful home. I strongly encourage anybody who is in this neighborhood to stay with Pamela and Leonardo. PS: the shower pressure and water heat is superb 👌

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Il Casale di Lavinia is situated in Fabro, 33 km from Duomo Orvieto and 35 km from Terme di Montepulciano. Beatiful olive groves and vineyards morning landscape followed the noiseless Umbria night... Ana payed maximum attention to us (my mom didn't feel well) despite a busy schedule running the house, caring lovely pets, helping neighbours. A wounderful family to keep in your memory. The room is spotless, spacious, convenient, and nicely isolated by individual stairs. Home-made croissants were delicious, and fresh-made olive oil tasting was a bonus.

Set in Preci, 9 km from Norcia, Casale la Torretta offers a garden and free WiFi. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries. very friendly and accomodating hosts in a lovely quiet location. I was able to park my car and trailer (with motorcycle) on the grass at the front and being a tiny hamlet, it was secure. Livio is a motorcyclist too and is able to assist bikers if necessary. The whole house is kept very clean.

Situated in San Feliciano, 29 km from Perugia Cathedral, Casale sul Lago Trasimeno features accommodation with an infinity pool, free private parking, a garden and barbecue facilities. The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are wonderful (it is family run)! We booked last minute and within minutes of booking the host reached out to coordinate arrival time and make sure we were able to find the property. The host met us at the car (in the rain) and escorted us to reception and then to our room. He took the time to show us where everything was in the room and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating for the time we wanted to eat breakfast (which was delicious!) and catered to our children (5 & 1). Would highly recommend staying here!!!

A special experience indeed. The family was nothing short of fantastic. It's rare to find hosts so dedicated to their guests comfort and enjoyment. The highlight of our stay had to be the tasting of incredible Eraldo's natural wines - we were both impressed and inspired by the selection and quality.
