The music score painted on the wall of the room added a special touch to our stay in this hotel in Bayreuth, the city with rich music history. The room was very clean.

Welcoming foyer with a small play area for kids. Ample parking for a fee. Very clean rooms and public spaces. Very efficient soundproof windows. Nice breakfast with facilities for making tea (and someone thought of adding little bowls for tea bags and little milk cans!).

Very comfortable, clean, nice interior design, private parking for about 8 euro and the ability to take a dog with us - this is the main reason we chose Ibis. For a dog it was 15 euro fee.

Stayed 1 night on the road-trip from Denmark to Austria. Location not far from the main highway, which is what we were looking for. All good.

We went for the Wagner-Festspiel, so it's simple: Bayreuth is the only place. It's a little out of the way for air or train travel, so we chose to drive from Berlin. Having a car was convenient, as our apartment was a few Km out of town. Bayreuth is a charming small city in the Bavarian hills and worth seeing, especially if you're into opera.

This hotel is a short walk, about 10 minutes to the Festspielhaus which makes it a very good location. It is also near to many restaurants and the centre of the town. It doesn’t cater for gluten free and vegan options

The baroque opera house is lovely and certainly worth a visit. \The Margrave New Palace and park. Also the Hermitage, on the outskirts of Bayreuth. The Wagner museum is a sort of must, but if possible, check the times of guided tours to the Steingaertner Piano factory. Some of the churches are worth a visit as are the parks.

Bayreuth was a pleasantly relaxing place with plenty to see, both in the city and nature.
There are several nice parks, as well as a lovely botanical garden. I was a bit surprised at the Ermitage, as it stands out significantly from other European palaces.
We found a delightful mexican restautant, Enchilada. We went a few times in our stay.
It was mostly comfortable to ride a bike, though many streets lack bike lanes.

Since I live only 40 miles away, it wasn’t exactly a „Weltreise.“ But it was nice to find a reasonably priced hotel for an overnight. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast excellent. I know where to stay for my next overnight in Bayreuth.

I actually stayed for 4 nights....attended two operas and had a good look round two lovely churches. Elegant city...easy to stroll round...well tended and traffic never a nuisance. Gardens were exceptional....and the local beer was yummy....and fairly priced. Lots of shops including antique type stuff.
I hope to return next year and delve further.
The apartment has a unique style, which was even nicer than the photos portray. The location is perfect for a short walk into Bayreuth, a supermarket is nearby (walking distance) and it's quiet. It was very well equipped in the kitchen and offered
a washing machine, too. It even had a smallish but pleasant balcony from which we could watch the sunset.
Very very quite area and quiet property.
NB It is in a village outside Bayreuth but there is an reliable and affordable public transport system, buses and a small local train.
I stayed on my own. There are two rooms with each two single beds. So the place is suitable for 4 single people.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was average sized, and it's always nice to have a mini refrigerator and tub. A convenient walking trail along the Red Main River leads to the city center (1 km away) in one direction and the Maisel Brauerie in another.
This hotel is well-positioned, close to the Hauptbahnhof. It is called a budget hotel, and the rooms are small and simply furnished, but quite well-designed. The common spaces (lounge, bar, breakfast room) are large and make up somewhat for the small rooms
A wonderful hotel to stay at for the Bayreuth Festival that is close to the old part of town. They have a wonderful breakfast every morning and arrange a bus to take patrons to and from the Festival House. The staff are gracious and accommodating.
Really nice, polite and helpful Service, perfectly located within Bayreuth's city center incl. optional Parking directly behind the hotel (for small additional fee); good breakfast incl. personal service, calm room – Absolutely recommended!
This is a hotel, and more than a hotel. It's so well equipped with all kitchen utensils and serving dishes and bowls. I hardly gave 10 points, because that[s 0erfection, but this time I made exceptions.
It is a very nice and cozy apartment close to Bayreuth Festival Theatre. It is clean and quiet and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come again.
Hotel location is very good, parking on request but payed
Helpful and friendly staff and very good rooms. over all I am very happy about the stay and it exceeded expectations.
Modern high quality rooms, great location and delightful breakfast buffet so very close to Bayreuth’s city center. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent value!
The hotel is modern, new, and we enjoyed our week there very much. You can tell they've invested a lot in design and that pays off. Excellent place, highly recommended!
Close to centre of Bayreuth. Close enough to walk to or back from the Festspielhaus. Excellent breakfast. We always stay here when we come for the Wagner festival.
Very good location in the city centre. Very convenient system of check-ins and check-outs, the hotel provides you code for the room you don't need a key.
